We loved everything about the location and Cruzan Dreams property and villa! Being right off the beach we could take morning and evening walks and enjoy the ocean views. The house was so spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It had everything you would need and felt like a home away from home. The patio and pool were a wonderful place to relax with loads of seating - we particularly liked the swinging hammock chairs, what a nice touch! We hope to return and highly recommend! We appreciate the owners sharing their slice of paradise with us. :) Also, the property management team made everything seamless.

This was our first stay on the island of St. Croix. We stayed for two weeks in the beginning of February. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Very roomy and we spent a lot of time on the patio. The grounds were impeccably maintained. There’s a beautiful pool to use and your own beach. Robin was great to work with. If we had any questions, she answered them immediately. The property manager was on grounds daily. The laundry is coin operated and came in handy! Many of the folks that were staying there are either owners or long term renters. They stopped by while we were on the patio and gave us great tips of where to go and what to do. We rented a jeep which I highly recommend or at least an SUV. The roads have some serious potholes. I would stay in this unit again!

This was our first stay on the island of St. Croix. We stayed for two weeks in the beginning of February. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay at this well-appointed beach home. Centrally located to activities. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Nice to dip in the pool anytime. Quiet as down a private road.

We worked with Robin for almost 6 years with our property. She has been the epitome of professionalism and always had our customers very best interest in mind. She worked very hands on with us to help guide us through the whole process as we were new- off island- owners at that time. She made not only us feel comfortable about the process but she made all of our guest feel as if they were the only and most important renters on island!! I can’t say enough thank you’s to Robin and her team for delivering a high quality, exceptional customer service for our guests! We highly recommend going through premier Properties USVI for all of your vacation and long term needs! You will only get exceptional , top notch services from them! She and her team have earned not only our trust, but also allowed us to have many repeat customers at our little slice of paradise!!! Side note- when we had work done on our property- she or her team would not only check in on progress but also put us in contact with the right people to do the work!! A+x’s 100!!!!

We really enjoyed our vacation at A Villa Sunrise. We loved the private pool with beach view, fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable furniture. We loved being secluded, but still able to get to the Casino, the beach and restaurants within minutes. The check-in process was easy and Robin gave us all the information we needed to enjoy a peaceful, breezy and relaxing vacation. Watching the golden sun come up over the beautiful Caribbean water is a picture you will never forget.

We rented Unit 1 at Cruzan Princess which Premier Properties is the management company. Lucky we went through Airbnb because as soon as they seen the filth of this unit they reimbursed our money and helped get us out of this place and into a hotel for the night. Never in all my travels have I seen such a dirty unkempt place to stay. As the management company they should be out there checking on there Properties.

The condo was wonderful! It provided everything we needed. Great location for exploring the island. Food shopping close by. Enjoyed the pool and beach. Loved listening to the ocean at night. We traveled with son, daughter-in-law and grands 4 & 9. Plenty of space for quiet time.

As owners of a lovely, updated harbor view condo on St. Croix we entered into a rental contract. We were required to pause Airbnb & VRBO. In a year we received no bookings although we received requests to book via personal contacts.We decided not to renew the contract as we felt this co. focused more on high return properties. As our listing was to expire with Premier Properties we received notice of a 10 nt. confirmed booking. We accepted. At that time we had requests for those dates which we could not accept. About a month before the reservation was to begin we called the company as they had not been in touch. We were informed by the owner that the booking had long been cancelled. We were never notified. The owner had no explanation & there was no apology. (We later received a booking for 4 of the 10 nts. once we opened up the dates.) As stated, we believe this co. is more focused on high revenue properties. We also are disappointed in the lack of professionalism & attention to clients by management when we called about the expected upcoming reservation.
