We enjoyed our stay. Very close to the beach. The pool is wonderful. Enjoyed walking up into the local hills. Beautiful spot and place. Thank you

Villa Madrid, is a nicely appointed house. The bedrooms are nice and good sized with air conditioning except the basement. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. The roof deck was very nice for sunning and keeping cool with the sun shade which covers a generous area. Overall, this villa has great potential. Unfortunately, the basement is musty and moldy and the shower in the basement proved unusable as it floods the bathroom. A serviceman came out to work on it but only poured a drain cleaner down the drain which did nothing. No air conditioning and little ventilation created a musty and moldy environment. With five people staying downstairs it was not good. We enjoyed many wonderful walks along the beaches, into the hilly country and into the main part of Nerja. Quick drives down the coast and into Frigiliana (absolutely worth a look!) were very pleasant and opened up options for site-seeing and dining. Good location. And communication was not great.
