Our stay was wonderful, the little village type complex is stunning and we really felt like we found a hidden gem, every villa is surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers and the upkeep is great. We dealt with Casasol for most communications and they were fantastic throughout. The pool is lovely, and the two little bar/food places that overlook it are great. Staff in all the local places are super friendly, and we really felt at home. The local bus service to the beach is only a euro and really frequent. The walk down to the beach is really manageable too, about 30mins down hill. Get the bus back up! The villa was fairly small but had everything we needed, and exactly as advertised - perfect for the two of us! Lovely views out towards the sea and surrounded by hilly vistas. We would definitely stay here again (or try and buy one ourselves!!! it was that lovely!) Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely stay , lots to do very friendly people. The bus route was great and we used it daily. My only negative is the apartment is a little dark due to not getting a lot of sunshine. The apartment was so well equipped and we wanted for nothing. Even beach chairs and parasol. We will be returning next year thankyou for a great stay

This place was a great stay, super homely and comfortable, parking was very convenient, selection of restaurants and swimming pool within short walking distance- and also not too far from the city centre! The Casasol team were also great, very friendly, helpful and proactive, tying the whole experience together)

The house is located in a fantastic area, very touching (cul-de-sac). The terrace is very large and has an awning. International TV available, very fast Internet.

Had a lovely time here. Easy to find, Good location with restaurants and shops/ pool nearby, plenty of parking available right outside and also a bus stop on the doorstep which was only €1 to go to the beach or into the town.

The property is located in a lovely and well maintained area. There is plenty of parking spaces and it’s only a short drive into town via car or by bus which conveniently stops just up the road. There’s a small supermarket nearby for essentials and a handful of bars/restaurants within walking distance. We did have an issue during our stay but the management company and host were very responsive and dealt with it swiftly.

Very well designed urbanisation above Nerja where it is easy to park. Management company super organised with personal check in and regular and responsive communication. The property had everything you need for a quiet holiday for two

- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
