Very well located, close to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the city center. Nice view. Bad smell in the room, and smell of pipes in the bathroom.

When we arrived we had to wait about 40 minutes for the host to arrive to let us in to the apartment. It was past midnight when we finally got let in, after a long day of travel this was disappointing. Other than that the apartment was fairly clean, found a few hairs on the sheets and there was a smell from the bathroom for the entire trip.

Very good stay in this apartment. Close to the center without the hustle and bustle that goes with and plenty of amenities nearby. Not to mention the access to the beach in 2 min:) and the view from the balcony. The only downside is the soundproofing with the street but with a baby, we were necessarily more attentive to this aspect. We'll come back if we have a chance!

the stay was great, we felt like in our house, the location is very good , 1 minute from the beach, the house is cozy and has everything, the room is very spacious and sleeps quite well, we would repeat again, we like it very much!!

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
