We are a family with three kids who are 11,15 and 18 years old. This home was absolutely perfect for us. It was big, clean and with two bathrooms. The apartment is divided into four floors which allowed everyone to be left alone but also that we also had several common areas. At the bottom was the children's room that was next to each other as well as a bathroom and washing machine. The floor above was our bedroom with another bathroom. above kitchen and living room with a great view. At the top was the terrace which was absolutely wonderful. Everything was very clean and very good air-conditioning. The communal pool was and great with two small simpler bars. Punta Lara is a bit outside the center of Nerja so a car is really to recommend. This also applies to getting to the beach if you don't like to walk. We had a great time.

Had a wonderful holiday here . The house was perfect for our needs and was just as advertised. The only thing I would add /change is we expected a BBQ..which would have been perfect on the terrace . Nerja is truly beautiful and the house is central to Nerja and Torrox . Would definitely recommend a car though I believe the bus service is good . All in all 5 star

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
