a superb apt at the very end of Carabeo. well equioed and super comfy with fabulous view of the sea. From start to finish there was great communication from the team at Cassasol. The add on taxi was great, the driver called ahead to advise the staff of our arrival.

Such an amazing property, very good location (just a 10 minute walk to the Balcón). Immaculate and amazing facilities. Only downside was we had a pram and there isn’t a lift - luckily there was 4 of us staying so it was easy to carry it up and down but bit of a pain. Even with saying that we would 100% stay again! We wish we stayed longer!!

Very old and poorly maintained residence. Damaged pool with a huge hole in the back. A very dirty water line, an impressive early chlorine. A filtration that's not working. Not accessible by the accommodation, you have to leave the residence and return from another place, pass a courtyard that smells bad. In short, it is better to rent in a residence without a pool. The agency without crazy, you manage with that.

Terms and Conditions

For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
