Missing information that the apartment was on 4 floors with two rooms on each floor, 48 steps. Not suitable for families with children or the elderly who have problems with joints/knees. Cold on the ground floor/kitchen/dining area as there was no heat there. Central location.

Nice place to stay in a great location in Nerja. Two amazing terraces. Great service and extra help with duvets and high chair. The property is spread over four floors which meant there was a lot of running stairs which was the only downside.

the location of the apartment is very good both for the proximity of the beach and for the leisure and restoration area, we also found the house very picked up and clean, in general the stay was good, the only catch I would put on it is the number of stairs in the accommodation.

We'll equipped townhouse in the heart of the old town. Very nice roof terraces, usable even in February. Only downside is lots of stairs, but only to be expected in this type of house.

It is a noisy house with many stairs and few atmosphere. The pictures look better than the reality is. Furthermore, there is often a sewer air in the house, especially if water has been used. In the most noisy streets with a lot of scooters. There is no traffic in the nearby streets.

What a wonderful stay. The communication from the agency prior to our arrival was amazing, they even met us at the property when we arrived late following a delayed flight. The property is ideally located, great appliances, spacious feel, beautiful views and the air con made it so comfortable to sleep. Overall 10/10

Great townhouse in the center of Nerja. Two small but comfortable enough roof terraces to get some sun (even in December and January!). Sea views from one terrace and mountain views from another! Wide windows will give you spacy feeling although the rooms are not big. Very well equipped kitchen! Comfortable beds (pillows and blankets you might wish comfier but can be that we are picky😊). We had a car but that was more hassle (parking) than good as everything is reachable by short walk – town center, beach, supermarkets.. Nice bakery around the corner that is open till from 7AM till 9PM High speed internet (important, as I was working from “home”). Mind the “patatas” across the street – this is place for take-away food and in weekends they run till midnight. So, mopeds are coming and going but that is the only drawback here.😊 I highly recommend this place. Definitely value for the money paid.

We were very pleased with the apartment. Really nice location in an authentic neighborhood. Walking distance to the center of Nerja and beaches. Beautiful view from both terraces. Comfy living room.
