Located in the coveted Parador Area, this property is the ideal retreat for families looking to have Nerja at their feet without sacrificing tranquillity. It has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms on the upper floor (two with double beds and one with two single beds) with high-quality mattresses and a full bathroom with shower. On the main floor is the living-dining room, separate kitchen and a guest toilet.
Indoor and outdoor living: The house stands out for its three distinct outdoor spaces: a welcoming courtyard at street level, a bright lounge with high-speed internet and international Tv to unwind, and the jewel in the crown: a private rooftop terrace. This space has a large awning and outdoor dining area, allowing you to enjoy al fresco dining with unobstructed views of the garden and pool.

• Balcón de Europa: 10 minutes' walk (1 km).
• Mercadona supermarket: 700 metres away.
• La Puntilla restaurant: 400 metres away.
Parking: There is no private parking. As it is a well-established residential area, parking is available on the surrounding streets.

A great sized apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Some helpful/nice touches including a shopping trolley, games/books etc. Communication was pretty faultless - only gave a 4 instead of 5 stars because the welcome basket we ordered came with some off fruit, bit of a let down and no response when I informed them. Apart from that extremely helpful & responsive to all messages. Air con in bedrooms/communal space great. Fast WiFi. The roof terrace is a nice space to hang out though obviously very/too hot in the summer daytime. If there is one thing to consider, the sitting/dining room and kitchen feel just a little dark. It didn’t matter for us as with 3 lads 15-20 who didn’t care about that at all! We didn’t hang out on the downstairs terrace as it felt a bit tired compared to the rest of the property. But these are picky points. Once you get used to the location it’s 👍🏽 The pool area is small but fine for cool down. Recommend as comfortable base to explore from.

Plus points, This is a lovely house well equipped, nicely furnished with very comfy beds, if a little dark inside. It’s in a quiet road but everywhere is close by, a few minutes walk in either direction to the Balcon, Burriana Beach or the shops & bus station.and a supermarket just 2 minute walk in the morning for fresh bread. The staff at Casasol Sandra, Lolli & Paola have been brilliant any problems we have had dealt with promptly.On arrival we were met by Paola & showed around. Minus points, The electric mains Power switch tripped regularly, Casasol were very helpful and an electrician visited 5 times to try to detect the fault but after 4 weeks is still work in progress. There is no direct lighting on the stairs, and the only landing light switch is upstairs it would be useful if there was one downstairs. Just one other good idea would be please consider putting hand rails on the steps leading up to the front door as they can be slippery & a bit dark.
