Spacious accommodation with everything you need to spend a few days, having the beach 2 minutes walk was a tipzo, it is 15 minutes from downtown, next to you have supermarkets. We thought it would be a drama and for us it was no problem, with patience you are there. The negative, very flat pillows. There was a pest of ants, that reading comments from two years ago, we thought it had been fixed, but no, there was through the floor, kitchen cabinets and marble, a bit unpleasant for food, was to put something and they came, it is a topic that I think to rent this place should be fixed. We were very good and would even repeat but to make it a 10 that the pest is fixed.

Beautiful apartment close to the beach and Nerja centrum. The apartment also has two supermarkets across the street which i found extremely helpfull. I recommend this place!

This was are 5th visit to Nerja, but are 1st to staying this side of town, and we wasn't disappointed. Easy walkable to all are favourite restaurants and the beach was even closer. we loved the roof pool so quiet and relaxing. The apartment was really nice and had everything you would need. Many thanks

House in a great location, close to the center and the sea. Well-equipped kitchen. Parking. A flaw: ants everywhere, both in the kitchen and in the living room and in the room. Overall a pleasant stay.

Facilitated our late check-in and offered to arrange taxi transfer from Malaga airport. The apartment was perfect and as described. Provided wine and water in the fridge for our arrival. Apartment was spotless and perfect location. Could not fault it at all, we had a fabulous stay.

The apartment itself is not bad. I rated it three stars but don't consider it accurate. However, valuing with two is also not. Between “bad” and “right” there are more options. I explain the problem: in the kitchen there is a pest of ants. Under the sink is a powdered insecticide that's useless. First of all, because of the high toxicity, it cannot be used in a kitchen and second, because the gaps through where they leave are not accessible. You can only throw it on the floor but on the counter, walls, sink... there are hundreds of them. If someone in the family gets lost and leaves a little bit of food, the invasion is total. Get ready to kill ants for a while. I was nervous about it. A property should not be rented in that state. The issue must be resolved by a pest removal professional. Otherwise, the apartment is just right.

We spent 4 weeks in the apartment. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything that is required. Communication was smooth at all times and in our case also possible in German. The location is less than 5 minutes from the beach, which is a plus. There were small flaws in terms of cleanliness (pillows and blankets not clean), but after a note, immediate care was taken care of. In the apartment and in the bathroom is a high humidity, so you always have to ventilate a lot. We can recommend the apartment, the surroundings and the place.

The location was so perfect, 2 minute walk from beach which was excellent. Jose was very clear and helpful with instructions for check in. He was an excellent host and it made the stay much better for us. Thanks again.
