The location of Capistrano Playa Chiminea 703 is very good, close to residents’ pool, nice walk to Burriana beach, David who checked us in was super helpful and flexible on arrival time, thank you very much to the Casa Sol team for that. The apartment itself needs some upgrading, especially the bathroom! Overall a lovely holiday in Nerja close to everything. The beach is wonderfully maintained by the Nerja Limpia team.

the house was fine, having a pool in the development is great. Excellent views and with several air conditioners, which always helps. To say something bad, the stairs got wet due to a small water leak and it could be dangerous with slipping. We had a great time, thank you.

The apartment is as described in the listing. It has a terrace and roof terrace with a beautiful view. It is dated. The bathroom is very small and you can smell the sewer. Unfortunately, this could not be resolved. It is within walking distance of the beach and Nerja. There is a nice swimming pool that (in April) is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The host is slow to reply. At check-in, the host did not respond. Fortunately, there was a cleaning lady who let us in and gave us the key. I would recommend the apartment.

Fabulous apartment with amazing views. Lovely walk down to the beach via elevator and steps. Should note keypad is other side of gate on walk down. We couldn’t find it on our first attempt. Air con works like a dream and was much needed. Swimming pool area very nice and food at the snack bar was tasty and reasonably priced. As a family of three generations aged from 7 to 64 we all had an absolutely fantastic holiday. Thank you so much.

Great location just above BurrianaBeach, amazing view from the balcony where you see both the mountains and the sea. Just over 16000 steps per day as it is very steep and many steps to take. The apartment has the amenities you need but would need a refresh relatively soon.

Great views and the pictures match reality. Lots of stairs to the beach, so tricky with a stroller😅 Sudden feedback when we would get help booking transportation to the return trip. But we are very happy with the accommodation.

Positives: Great location for a quiet family vacation. The house is situated in the best urbanizations of Nerja in my opinion. Quiet and private it felt like we were in MAMMA MIA's movie! To get to the beach you need to go down many steps but there is an elevator nearby that saves some walk. The house is old but in good shape. Very small and comfortable. We do not need air conditioning because we went in October and the climate is mild, but I am sure it would be useful in August. Host is quick to respond and has helped us with the different questions we had during their trip. (some of the downsides have been resolved with their help) A few downsides: We've had company with some ants, so don't leave the food in plain sight. We got lost the first day to arrive at the beach we didn't have a very clear map of how to get there. Some blankets were missing for two beds and shower gel/toilet paper wasn't enough for the rest of the days.

Great place, which is the same as promised. The pool is not directly at the property, you have to walk down the street for 2-5 minutes first. To get to the beach there is a private way, especially for the residents of the accommodations. This path is about 10-15 minutes long and you can arrive right at the lovely beach. :) There you can kayak, jet ski, and much more. Communication with the owners was great, we were perfectly advised and were able to reach someone immediately in case of problems. We had an ant plague briefly, let you know, a few hours later this problem was solved. Taxi could be taken from the airport for a relatively reasonable price. The driver was also an incredibly great woman, who also advised us warmly, best regards to her. The view from the Airbnb is amazing. Interior design is not the most attractive, but just as in the pictures, so not nearly negative. I am very happy with the selection.

We stayed for 2 weeks at apartment 703 and had a fantastic time. The apartment was as described and the photos very accurate. The apartment was set in a lovely quiet area, a 2 minute walk to the pool area and 10 minutes to the beach, restaurants and bars via a very beautiful walk down a fair number of steps …. There is a lift which reduces the amount. The apartment can easily sleep 6 people, has all you need . As mentioned before the views are wonderful, the sunrise and sunsets over the mountains and beach were so lovely. Thank you Jose and team for a wonderful stay!

From the start it was going to be a great holiday. We booked a text and when we were picked up he called ahead so we were greeted at the accommodation. The setting is great, close to the beach and short walk to the balcon. The only piece is there are lots of steps to the beach and back but it kept us fit. Being my fourth time in Nerja I will be back again.

Stayed for a month. Lovely views of the sea and beach. Great exercise up and down the steps to beach and restaurants and a good 40 min walk into town (or 5 min bus ride) Apartment was as described and met all our needs. We had a great time.

Very nice flat and nice location. Lovely surroundings. Nerja beautiful village. A little walk and a lot of stairs to (and up from) the beach, but a lovely walk and gave some daily exercise. Advantage with a car to go the grocery or to visit places in the region. A lot of nice beaches close to Nerja with only a few people. Nice people and good food.

Nerja was a stop in our small round trip in Andalusia. And we only went to the beach. But the Nerja beach is great. And this appartment is excellent located. Nearby the beach. Although, you have to know / discover the short cut, through the apartmentcomplex, with the label on your key. To walk round the complex to the beach is much further. We did our communication with Loli and that was excellent. Loli responded very quick. The apartment had a large balcony and even a roof-terrace. From which you had a wonderful view over the ocean. The beds were very comfortable. For towels and soap was provided. And the house was clean. There were games for the kids to play with. The wifi was good. And you could park in front of the apartment (in Octobre) Our stay was wonderful. And the apartment is a great choice for a stay in Nerja. Thank you Loli and Jose. Saludos! Maarten

A wonderful place with a soul. I think this apartment must have the most magical view in Nerja. We loved everything here. Though some of us didn´t like the many steps through the garden stairs down to the beach (going via the road is much longer). Jose booked the taxi transfer for us that worked in an exellent way, though we had a late and delayed flight, and an early flight back home, where we were late but the taxi drivers were in perfect time and very helpful. Extra keys to the apartment we also received and could easily return with the taxi drivers, and as we were 4 persons we appreciate that we got one more from the friendly staff in the Casasol office.
