During our stay, we practically used the pool ourselves. Quiet, peaceful with a beautiful view of the sea and the town. The house had everything you needed for a vacation, even beach accessories. I recommend it! This is my second stay in Nejra.

This accomodation exceeded our expectations. Very well maintained, perfectly equipped and cosy. Stunnings views. Very well maintained garden and pool. Nerja is a nice and cosy busy town, many restaurants and sights.

Family of two adults and two children (7 and 15 years) who celebrated Christmas and New Year in Jose's home! We are very happy with the accommodation, clean, fresh and spacious! Lovely with two patios. Private pool, however, which is not heated, measured 13 degrees, but still a cozy factor just outside the patio. It was very quiet in the area, despite many houses, we were almost alone. Private parking just outside. A good distance to walk down to the beach/town and many slopes on the way home but it didn't matter to us. Note: restaurants and local tips were many closed this period. There is no supply directly close to the house so have to go down to town. Mercadona is close to though, great! Everything you might need in the kitchen etc is in the property. Barbecue that was used extensively! Highly recommend the place!

Beautiful, stylish villa with generous, spotless accommodation for 4 people. Peaceful location, stunning sea views set in lush tropical gardens with gorgeous pool. Highly recommend!

We have just returned for the most relaxing weeks holiday at Los Aguacates..the house is in a very private location/gated community so feels very safe and secure,it is also very well equipped and it was very nice to have the basics like salt and pepper available! It is also very peaceful with very nice views..although the vegetation was a little overgrown on the bottom balcony so the view was a little restricted but the view upstairs from the main bedroom made up for that..I would highly recommend and we would not hesitate to return

We had a lovely two week stay at this fabulous apartment. Despite it being a shared pool we had it to ourselves most of the time. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The air con and WiFi were highly efficient. You do need a car as it’s located on a steep hill, but local beaches are just a 5min drive. It was very easy to book an taxi to Nerja centre for dinner / drinks in the evening; which averaged €8 each way. Would stay again.

The stay was perfect. The house is as advertised, with two terraces that we really enjoyed during the stay. There were almost no neighbors and those, very quiet. To go to the beach the car is essential, since it is far away and the house is in area with quite uneven, so to go on foot, very good physical form is required. Maybe, as the only point to improve, I would suggest that there was a washing machine to facilitate the washing of towels, clothes, etc... In short, we enjoyed a very pleasant stay with our daughters and would recommend it with closed eyes. We would repeat it for sure

Top stay in a private access subdivision where only 2 of the 8 families were present, so pool almost to us alone all week! Always parking in front of the residence. Terrace 3m from the pool so with the kids it was super easy and nice! Very cozy Andalusian style house. Beautiful view from the bedroom terrace where we had spent all our evenings contemplating the landscape. Only downside; the address when we arrived was hard to find.

We spent 12 days at this property and i must say what a privilage. The place was claen, comfortable and has everything you can possibly need and more. This is a geted community consisting of 8 villlas and access is via secured gate fitted with an electronic lock. You will need a code in order to access through it, so make sure to call the letting agent when you arrive to meet you at the gate and not at the property. This property is managed by a letting agent and i have to say they have been amazing in every way. Bonus for us is that we were provided with foldable beach chairs and parasoles to take with us to the beach and there are lots of pool accessories for kids.Swimming pool is located right next to the property. The place is on a hill and car is essential, especialy if you have mobilty issues like me, and communal bins for waste are too far to walk, so im having to use my car. In summary, a fantastic place but car is a must.

We had a super holiday…house finished to a very high standard with beautiful paintings on most walls. Stunning views from both balconies. We had the swimming pool to ourselves. A very private and quiet place. A 25 minute walk brought us to the beach and main thoroughfare but there is a small supermarket about a 5 minute walk from house. Would highly recommend this property. A very nice accommodation with a nice view, lovely garden and pool. The place had all the amenities imaginable. There were also toys for the kids and things for the pool and beach. Very comfortable. The accommodation is on a hill with a nice view but it is a bit far to walk to the city center so a car or other vehicle is to recommend for those who want to find things. We were very pleased with our stay!

The house was up on the hill, its a gated community with a shared poo. We really felt we had the place for our selves. The host has provided plenty of games for children. The kitchen has all the utensils you need. It was a good relaxing stay.

Lovely villa with shared pool in a super friendly, secure compound. Close to supermarkets, town centre and the beach. Car required for families and car parking available. Highly recommended.
