Villa Andalucia matched the description, was clean and well-equipped. The host answered questions quickly, and we quickly got help with the blackout curtains on the spot. It was easy to walk downhill to the beach and downtown, but since the accommodation is on a hillside, you'll have to walk uphill when you get back. We didn't mind though. The patio area with its pools was a good size and the sun was shining almost all day. A successful vacation in every way!

This stay was truly a dream. Downhill right at Burriana beach. With the rental car you drove anywhere. Busy street to park but still you could always miss the car this time. The house was really really nice and the hosts of Casasol mega friendly and helpful. Super nice that we were also able to check in earlier with 2 small kids. I myself couldn't get that much pregnant either and then to have everything so close to the door and have such a nice house has really been a gift. Also practically with everything that can be found in the kitchen was top and very neat that there was a bottle of water and wine cold with nuts on arrival. In short, a big 10 for us and we definitely hope to come back here in the future!

Great place to stay. Nice neighborhood felt safe. Short walk to food stores. Place was beautiful and very comfortable for my family of 5 adults. The beach was a half mile walk but well worth it! Lots of restaurants right on beach. 15 minute walk to downtown Nerja where there were plentiful restaurants and shops. Beautiful views from many locations. One point to note about Spain is that on Sundays places may be closed and you will wait longer for taxi service so be sure to plan ahead. Also restaurants are open for lunch and dinner and may be closed during middle of day and will be back open in the evening. Again you just need to plan ahead. But Spain is a beautiful country with many sights and amazing architecture!

We just spent a week in this lovely townhouse. The home is absolutely stunning with the most delicious terrace with a pool, where there is sun all day. ☀️ Morning and evening there is sun on the roof terrace which is also really cozy. Everything inside was neat and clean, good beds, clean bed rooms and a super good kitchen with everything in equipment. Communication with José, was easy and quick and from the time we booked the holiday/home and until we skim home, we felt safe and “in good hands”. Lovely with a very welcoming personal reception. ♥️ Everything was perfect for us and we will definitely come again! Should the house be put up for sale, we are very interested! 👌

The house was excellent; very clean and tidy with perfect amenities. The rooftop terrace is a great feature and perfect for morning breakfast and sunshine. The pool area at the front is ideal for afternoon sunshine and very private. Overall, a great location and central for everywhere in Nerja. We were on a cycling holiday and would certainly recommend this accommodation.

Terms and Conditions

For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
