Lovely property with private pool and roof terrace and good facilities just like photos would recommend as holiday stay. If arriving earlier to area earlier than check in time beware though that quite inconvenient. We arrived late morning and were unable to even leave luggage at the property. We had to leave cases at letting office and await phone call, which we didn’t get and had to chase up after 3 hours which was not a great experience or start to our holiday

Villa Andalucia matched the description, was clean and well-equipped. The host answered questions quickly, and we quickly got help with the blackout curtains on the spot. It was easy to walk downhill to the beach and downtown, but since the accommodation is on a hillside, you'll have to walk uphill when you get back. We didn't mind though. The patio area with its pools was a good size and the sun was shining almost all day. A successful vacation in every way!

This stay was truly a dream. Downhill right at Burriana beach. With the rental car you drove anywhere. Busy street to park but still you could always miss the car this time. The house was really really nice and the hosts of Casasol mega friendly and helpful. Super nice that we were also able to check in earlier with 2 small kids. I myself couldn't get that much pregnant either and then to have everything so close to the door and have such a nice house has really been a gift. Also practically with everything that can be found in the kitchen was top and very neat that there was a bottle of water and wine cold with nuts on arrival. In short, a big 10 for us and we definitely hope to come back here in the future!

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
