La Capistrano playa is the most beautiful area I have ever lived in, the view is absolutely magical! We were there a week with 3 children (10, 8 years & one 6 months) & it went really well despite all the stairs down to the sea! Will definitely come back!

This place was the perfect location! It’s a good walk from the beach with lots of stairs, so not ideal for older people or families. But the views from the apartment were worth the stairs. Very quiet and peaceful. The place was not clean when we arrived, I had to clean the shower and bathroom before using (dirt, shoe prints with mud, sewage smell) so not sure where the $100 cleaning fee is going. Lack of amenities like toilet paper and paper towels as well so prepare to supply those. Other than that, it is worth it for the location.

We stayed in Jose’s apartment for 10 nights. Very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Great location. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at this place. It could enjoy a little refresh but the accommodation is comfortable, well-equipped and the views are beautiful. The staff of the residence is very nice and the pools are very well maintained. The location of the accommodation is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the beach and shops by the stairs (accessible even with children 4 and 6 years old). I recommend it, this destination is really lovely!

We really liked the white buildings around, the garden and the lake with its inhabitants 😁It's a very special place for us and we really liked that we were able to get to know the region and the famous Caves of Nerja. Thank you for everything !

Lovely stay near Burriana Beach. Great view, nice apartment , excellent comms from the team. Lots of steps down to beach but it doesn’t take long at all Tip - head to the far end of the beach towards Nerja for finer sand and more space. Great spot past the big rock and lifeguard tower

We had a great week in the apartment in July and really enjoyed our stay. The view and outside patio area is great with some nice loungers and a table and chairs. There is also an awning that you can put out for some shade. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need in terms of utensils etc. Comfy beds and great air-con! The communal pool area was great too. The apartment is in a really lovely complex- beautiful gardens and a peaceful atmosphere. As others have noted, there are a lot of steps down to the beach (and, of course, on the way back!). The walk into the Old own took 20 mins or so. All in all we had a great stay!

This is a really great location and nice apartament. Close to the sea and with fantastic view. Quiet and cosy with all amenities that we needed. We really enjoyed the stay.

This apartment is located in a lovely urbanisation of Nerja with incredible views out to sea & of the very attractive complex it's set in. It's walking distance to a very nice beach but be warned in the height of the summer it's quite an exhausting climb back up to the apartment as there are MANY steps! The apartment itself is a little dated particularly the sofa which does need replacing but the 2 terraces & views are worth staying there for. Unfortunately for us on our last night the air conditioning stopped working which did make sleeping quite uncomfortable since it was August!

The house is in a magnificent location, it has two large terraces overlooking the sea facing south, the heating works perfectly, a little less internet... despite all the host's efforts (great communication) it worked in hiccups throughout the stay. The bedrooms are a bit dark, while the living room is bright and well exposed. Like all the houses in this complex, it is not suitable for those with mobility problems because there are several steps to reach it (to get to the beach there are more than 200). The house was perfectly clean and well equipped, well maintained condominium gardens type tropical garden with ponds and waterfalls and beautiful pool area. We appreciated the bottles of wine and mineral water and the complimentary chocolate, as well as the cleaning set in the kitchen. I recommend staying in this house especially for adults without small children

First of all, the host Jose was very kind and nice. However, the accommodation is very different from the photos. As soon as you enter, the sofa and the top of the sofa are stained with the smell of paint, and there is unknown dust and stains on the furniture, and it seems that the furniture has not been maintained for a long time to the extent that dust comes out even if you wipe it with your hand. I canceled because I couldn't see it as pleasant for the general public to stay as well as staying with a 2-3-year-old who was touching and going up everywhere. If you want a pleasant environment, this is not the place. A condition that can only be cancelled. We suffered a loss of more than half of the total payment amount due to the cancellation, and we had to work hard to find a new accommodation urgently, and we suffered a double accommodation cost.

The flat is located within a gated community in a very beautiful neighbourhood. Walk into Nerja town takes approximately 15 mins and it's a nice walk. The beach is located just below the gated community and can be reached in 5 mins. The first place I've stayed in that offers sea and lake view!
