Casa Ekman Casasol is one of 27 houses in the pleasant urbanization Fuentesol in Nerja. Some people live here most of the year and some houses are rented out too.

The space

Casa Ekman Casasol is one of 27 houses in the pleasant urbanization Fuentesol in Nerja. Some people live here most of the year and some houses are rented out too.

The full air-conditioned house is a newly refurbished and furnished for maximum comfort. 27 houses of this lovely small typical Spanish Urbanisation are sharing the fantastic community pool.

On the main floor is the bright and spacious living room with sofa, dining area, desk, Tv with more than 190 International Channels and a High-Speed Fiber Internet.

The fully equipped brand-new kitchen has everything you might need to make the most of your vacation, such as induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

Also, a guest bathroom (toilet and sink) and a sunny terrace (9 sq. m), with terrace furniture and awning, facing southwest and spectacular views of the pool, the sea, the city and the mountains.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, both with new 90x200 beds and new six cm thick "memory foam" top mattresses for comfort. "Master bedroom" has two 90x200 beds with a 180 top mattress. The second bedroom has two 90x200 beds with 90 top mattresses. These beds can be furnished either as single beds or a double bed, as desired.

Also, on this level a modern bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine (with integrated dryer). There is also an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer.

On the top floor is the lovely roof terrace (22 sq. m) with two sun beds, four chairs with a small table and an awning for the bright sunny days. On top on that an outdoor shower to cool up after sunbath.

The large comunity pool is 11.7 meters long, 7 meters wide and meters at the deepest point from 1.3 to 1.95 meters. It is open from the 1st of April until the 31st of October.

The house is just 700 meters from Burriana Beach. It takes about 8 minutes to go there, a little longer to go home with an upwards incline. You walk to the city's central neighbourhoods in about 20-25 minutes. A large supermarket (Mercadona) is 350 meters to the north.

The view and the pool are amazing and the beds are comfortable. Just the furniture and decoration was a bit strange to be honest, its a mix of ikea and furniture that maybe an older person left there? I did not feel comfortable right away, but after one night I was okay and able to enjoy the amenities like the balconies, the pool, the view. The kitchen is very very well equipped with everything needed! Overall I think for Nerja this accommodation is a great option and I would go again to this accommodation! But if it could be made a little bit more inviting with some nicer pictures and without plastic flower, then it would be perfect.

Perfect accommodation for me and my kids. Large and spacious with nice views. We got good training on the slopes and it was walking distance to most things.

Accommodation suitable for 4 people. It has a great location approx. 15 min walk to the city beach Buriana and approx. 5 min walk to Mercadona supermarket. The kitchen is excellently equipped if you want to cook something. The house also has a terrace on the top with a BBQ. The pool is communal and often occupied by families with children, so if you want to swim, you only have the option in the morning or evening. I would welcome longer opening hours for the pool, e.g. from 8.00-21.00. If you want to spend a nice time in Nerja, I definitely recommend this accommodation. Zoltan.
