Good place, slightly noisy from the street in the evenings. Really close to the sea and a good view. A bit of an issue was the fact that we had to pay extra for aircon - it does say it in the details so no biggy. Fortunately the weather did not require us to use it (€1 per 2h). There was a somewhat strange smell in one of the bedrooms. The flat is run by a management company and they were nice to deal with, no issues there. To think of: there is no soap, shampoo etc in the bathroom and there was almost no toilet paper so bear that in mind when you arrive. The parking spot is in the basement, hellish to get into with larger car - we had a BMW 2 series and it was difficult to get into the bay and out from the garage itself (but possible). I recommend a small car. You can park on the street, just outside the flat for free - very busy during the day but, if you arrive in the evening you should be able to get a spot. The city centre is some 10-15 min walk away (uphill). I recommend this place and I would see myself coming back to this flat.
