Great apartment in perfect location. All as described! 2 balconies with fantastic views, kitchen well equipped! Great bathroom with rain shower. Very cool! The location is unbeatable, beach, downtown and supermarket are a few minutes walk away. The reception was very pleasant and fast, all support was impeccable at all times. Especially before the trip! If I come to the area again, I will definitely book here again! Attention for people traveling by car, finding parking can be difficult! Especially during the day, the actually sufficient storage space is often occupied. Thank you so much for letting us be guests!

I travel 3/4 times a year and I can honestly say this apartment is the best I have used in a long time . The kitchen has all appliances , the bathroom has an amazing shower plus a washing machine . Plenty of towels provided and with the washing machine and a line for drying we had fresh linen daily . There are 2 separate bedrooms and a very comfortable bed settee in the living room . Two balconies provided lovely space to relax at breakfast . The outside area has a spotless pool and beautifully maintained gardens . I had to contact Jose on several occasions and the staff were amazing nothing was any bother to them . We hired a cot which was provided with a discount ! Our flight was late pm and we were able to stay until 20:00 for a nominal fee . A lovely extra was a little starter kit for washing up and a few cold beers and water . Everything is in walking distance ie beach /shops/ beautiful restaurants . We had a teenager and a 10 month baby and it suited all with easy access to all.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
