Everything is great and very new. Clean and very well-equipped. A great view, even if you're away from the beach. The only downsides are the situation and the garage. To get there, you have to go several minutes through narrow streets with a lot of unevenness. That's right, there's almost no traffic. And the entrance to the garage is little less than diabolical. I just put it in the first day. The rest of the time the car stays in the street. Despite this, it is highly recommended.
