Jose and team were quick to respond and very approachable, a great asset to Casasol. The villa in stunning, exactly like the pictures. The location couldn't be any better, right where all the restaurants and bars were yet the road itself was quiet and had a local vibe to it. We stayed there with another family and never felt on top of each other as the villa was spacious and has plenty of different areas to relax in. The pool was small yet enough for cooling down and for our teenage boys to have play in. If you want a bigger pool you need to be further out which isn't what we wanted. We'd definitely go there again and have already been recommending it to our friends. Even looked to see what similar properties in the area were available to buy!!!

This is the perfect place, great location near the sea, shops, center and restaurants. We had a perfect stay with the friends.

I chose to celebrate my even birthday in Nerja and the day and week became amazing much thanks to the wonderful house with its beautiful decor and lovely atmosphere. BBQ in March!! Who could have imagined it? We were a big and lovely bunch of friends and family from Sweden who really enjoyed our week.

We had a very nice time with our children and in-laws in the beautiful house in Nerja. The house was clean, nice beds, nice terraces, complete inventory, in short with all the comforts. Nice small pool to cool down and relax. The house is in a quiet street. Everything in walking distance, both the restaurants, beach and supermarket. We enjoyed everything. We would love to come back to this great place once.

We are a family of four. Our kids loved this place ,lotsof space for everyone . The property provided easy access for the kids and us to explore Nerja and there’s a great super market within walking distance for groceries The house is within walking distance of all the beaches and you are only a few blocks from all the great restaurants. I highly recommend this property The garage was an added bonus we had a car but did not need to use it much as everything was at our door step. The plunge pool was a great spot to hang out and cool down. The home was equipped with everything you need for a great vacation and air conditioning We will definitely will come back to this property

Terms and Conditions

For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
