There is direct access to the garage, laundry room with a washer-dryer, and a toilet.
From the living room, there is direct access to the interior patio with a relaxation area and a private pool. There is also a bedroom with a king-size bed (1.8m x 2m), an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the private pool area, which features a modern barbecue.
First floor:
One bedroom with a double bed (1.40m) and another two bedrooms with two 80cm beds that can be combined into a double bed (160cm) or separated into two single beds (80cm). There are two bathrooms with showers.
Roof top floor:
An expansive 80 square meter terrace that includes a lounge area, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. The terrace offers panoramic views of the sea and mountains, providing a serene and tranquil setting for relaxation and leisure.
The house is conveniently situated in close proximity to the town center, beaches, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets, offering easy access to a plethora of amenities and attractions.
For parking convenience, the property features a garage that can accommodate one car and measures 4.80 meters in length, 2.80 meters in width, and 2.10 meters in height. In the event that guests arrive with more than one car, there is an additional carabao parking option just 350 meters away.

We spent a perfect weekend with friends, 6 minutes from Burriana and very close to the centre to go out to dinner, the kitchen is great for a good get-together and what in the photos seemed small, the outdoor area, turned out to be perfect for what we were looking for

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful 4-bedroom home in the heart of Nerja. The space was perfect for our family of six—spacious, well-appointed, and full of charm. Two of the highlights were the small private pool just off the kitchen, and the beautiful rooftop terrace. The location couldn’t have been better. We were just a short walk to the Balcón de Europa, and within minutes of the beach, grocery stores, and plenty of shopping and dining options. It made getting around with the whole family incredibly easy and stress-free. The house had everything we needed and more, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable bedrooms and plenty of space for us to gather. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for families or groups looking to enjoy all that Nerja has to offer! The only suggestion would be to have an instruction booklet for using the washer/dryer and microwave/oven, which weren't intuitive for us. (We had never encountered a combo washer/dryer)
