Poor standard in the apartment! Outdoors! Bad beds . For example, in the kitchen there were 6 wine glasses but all had different sizes and shape. Thought you could reach the beach from the apartment but it was about 20 down to the beach., got to walk around Nice with grass and access to pool area. The apartment lies at the bottom and at the bottom.

The location was amazing, but check the towels and sheets as soon as you check in. I was gone all day and came back at midnight and the towels were dirty with brown stains on all the white towels. The pullout couch cover had stains on it and when I pulled the cover back there was hair everywhere.

place very clean, great location, little bit small for 2 adults and 2 teenagers but we where only there 1 night so it was manageable

Great location. Although the apartment is a little dated, it was perfect for our needs. Single beds a bit uncomfortable but the sofa bed was really comfortable, so we moved to that. The only criticism are the lack of sun beds, plenty of chairs but nothing to lie on if you have a day by the pool. Would book with Jose Antonio again. Excellent communication and all ran smooth

Very well located apartment, a little old-fashioned equipment, a new fridge and new bedding would have come. Despite this, the proximity to the beach and pool remains the main asset for a good holiday.

The apartment is old but has everything you need and a great terrace. The pool area is super quiet and overlooking the beach. In the very center of Nerja. I recommend it.

We had a really nice stay at this place. The location was perfect - close to the beach, still not too noisy, and the private pool was never too crowded. The communication with our hosts was always friendly, respectful, and prompt. We can definitely recommend you to stay there!
