The air-conditioned Studio is newly refurbished and furnished for maximum comfort and it is located on the third floor which is reached via a lift or stairs. From the front door you enter the bright and open room.

The air-conditioned Studio is newly refurbished and furnished for maximum comfort and it is located on the third floor which is reached via a lift or stairs. From the front door you enter the bright and open room. Straight ahead is the large fresh bathroom with large shower, toilet and modern sink with good storage space and combined washer / dryer.

The kitchenette has a hob, oven, microwave and fridge / freezer. There is also a coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The room flows with light and has a double bed, 135-140x190 cm, with comfortable bed mattress, dining table with two modern armchairs, bookshelf and a flat screen Tv with more than 190 International Channels and a High-Speed Fiber Internet.

The sunny balcony has a table and two chairs, awning and storage cabinets as well as a lovely view of the sea.
There is also an iron and ironing board.


Studio Mariposa is about 300 meters from the Torrecilla Beach. It takes about 3 minutes to go there. You can walk to the city's central neighbourhood in about 7 minutes, mostly on pedestrian streets and over the "Plaza Cavana" square. A large Supermarket (Mercadona) is 700 meters north, but there is also a corner shop in the same building as the studio. The nearest bakery is only about 1 minute away. Everything is within easy walking distance.

We can organize your pick-up at the airport and, if you have a late arrival, a Welcome Pack can be ordered if you arrive later.
