My family and I have stayed for 14 days at CasaSol - and regret nothing! So beautiful an apartment that sets the stage for gathering and relaxation. The view and pool area was something you couldn't get tired of! Only tip is that you have to rent a car - as the apartment is located up on a climb, but this is quite affordable☀️🇪🇸🍷🌴

The apartment is located in a small complex at the top of a mountain between Nerja and Torrox. The apartment is spacious, offers a great view of the sea from all three terraces and scores through a communal pool overlooking the sea. Communication with the rental office was straightforward and they were also responsive and on site during the stay ( a toaster was broken, a new one was brought directly). The location requires a car rental from our point of view. Especially in high summer, the air conditioning in living rooms and bedrooms is absolutely necessary. Various beaches are easily accessible by car. Also beautiful excursion destinations such as the Alhambra, the town of Friligiana, the Camito del Rex.., We are happy to recommend the apartment as we had a great time there.

We had a great time at the apartment. Beautiful view, sunny, and with great swimming pool Cozy decorated, great terraces. The rooftop terrace was lovely on the hot days that were airy! We are fit enough to walk the steep hills up, but it was good to have a car. Since there are no shops nearby, you have to have a car or use a taxi when shopping. Restaurants were in walking distance. A bit cumbersome when we were going to dispose of garbage, there are only common containers for all of Punta Lara down by the main road at the roundabout. But, by car this is not a big problem. Thank you for a wonderful 14 day stay!

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
