Take a dip in the luxurious communal saltwater pool, open all year round, and enjoy your own private parking space! Just be aware that the entrance to the car park is not suitable for large vehicles.

El Playazo Beach, located to the west of Nerja and 1.2 kilometers from Terrazas de Ladera, offers a wide and peaceful stretch of coastline with crystal clear waters, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. In addition to sunbeds, showers and beach restaurants, there is easy and free parking.
Playa El Peñoncillo, a little further west in the municipality of Torrox and only 3 kilometers away from Ladera del Mar, is a long beach with calm waters, ideal for families looking for a relaxed atmosphere. It also offers restaurants, sunbeds and beach bars.
Torrecilla Beach, although a little further east of Ladera del Mar and 3 kilometers from Terrazas de Ladera in Nerja, is still a nearby option. It is a popular and well-equipped beach, with a variety of restaurants and bars nearby.
Playa Güilche, located just 1 kilometer from Terrazas de Ladera, is a small beach and perfect for those seeking tranquility.

For transportation and getting around by car, we suggest renting a vehicle for easy exploration of the beaches, Nerja, and Torrox. Additionally, the local bus station, located just 1 km down the main road N340, offers convenient access to town, Burriana Beach, and the market, with buses operating hourly. Alternatively, you can opt for a quick taxi ride to town by arranging one through Nerja Taxi, typically priced around 12 euros. The property provides a private parking space, but please note that the entrance to the car park may not accommodate large vehicles.

My family and I have stayed for 14 days at CasaSol - and regret nothing! So beautiful an apartment that sets the stage for gathering and relaxation. The view and pool area was something you couldn't get tired of! Only tip is that you have to rent a car - as the apartment is located up on a climb, but this is quite affordable☀️🇪🇸🍷🌴

The apartment is located in a small complex at the top of a mountain between Nerja and Torrox. The apartment is spacious, offers a great view of the sea from all three terraces and scores through a communal pool overlooking the sea. Communication with the rental office was straightforward and they were also responsive and on site during the stay ( a toaster was broken, a new one was brought directly). The location requires a car rental from our point of view. Especially in high summer, the air conditioning in living rooms and bedrooms is absolutely necessary. Various beaches are easily accessible by car. Also beautiful excursion destinations such as the Alhambra, the town of Friligiana, the Camito del Rex.., We are happy to recommend the apartment as we had a great time there.

We had a great time at the apartment. Beautiful view, sunny, and with great swimming pool Cozy decorated, great terraces. The rooftop terrace was lovely on the hot days that were airy! We are fit enough to walk the steep hills up, but it was good to have a car. Since there are no shops nearby, you have to have a car or use a taxi when shopping. Restaurants were in walking distance. A bit cumbersome when we were going to dispose of garbage, there are only common containers for all of Punta Lara down by the main road at the roundabout. But, by car this is not a big problem. Thank you for a wonderful 14 day stay!
