Torrecilla Beach, although a little further east of Ladera del Mar and 3 kilometers from Terrazas de Ladera in Nerja, is still a nearby option. It is a popular and well-equipped beach, with a variety of restaurants and bars nearby.
Playa Güilche, located just 1 kilometer from Terrazas de Ladera, is a small beach and perfect for those seeking tranquility.

Additionally, the local bus station, located just 1 km down the main road N340, offers convenient access to town, Burriana Beach, and the market, with buses operating hourly. Alternatively, you can opt for a quick taxi ride to town by arranging one through Nerja Taxi, typically priced around 12 euros. The property provides a private parking space, but please note that the entrance to the car park may not accommodate large vehicles.

Large and spacious penthouse corresponding entirely to the description. Smart layout of the rooms, well compartmentalized on several levels. The master bedroom with its bathroom was particularly comfortable. Very beautiful natural environment (hill overlooking the sea) inviting you to rest on one of the three private terraces flooded with light (even in December). Easy access by car from Nerja, close (by car) to the beach and supermarkets. Very good communication with Casasol, who was always attentive. I would recommend it in a second!

I'm surprised,no one mentions,how difficult a drive it is to get to these apartments,especially the last 100yds of single track rd with a chicane,thrown in for good measure 😆 very nice modern apartments but none of the 3 bathrooms have a bidet,which my hemeroids would have appreciated! Frank who met us there,was fantastic 👍 hated the induction hob. not much Privacy when your out on the balconys, had one night of loud music coming from next door at 2.45am-3.25am ? found this puzzling,as they had a young child but we also smelt pot coming from that apartment also, these people own the apartment,so you could be unlucky & get the same apartment 😆

Jose and his team were excellent hosts, very responsive, and quick to answer any questions during our stay. Zack from the team checked us in and was extremely kind and informative. He patiently waited for us when our arrival was delayed due to a situation with our rental car at the airport, which we greatly appreciated. The home was beautiful with breathtaking views of the sea and spacious terraces we really enjoyed. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was overall quite clean and welcoming. Overall, this is a stunning property in a fantastic location, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing seaside getaway.
