just loved my holiday here. so peaceful . that balcony and thoes views every morning were fabulous. it's a hard clim up the steps from the beach by foot, but a great way to get fit. Or have a car, we didn't have one, just walked every where.I Loved being at this end of town this time time, as it's nice to get away from all the business of Nerja old town, town centre. I will book again. We were here in February, so weather was much cooler.

Have been coming to Nerja for 40 years. Love the Burriana side of it. Villa was clean and spacious. Had everything we needed. Check in/out was easy. Outside space always important to us and was not disappointed. Great view of sea/beach and plenty of sun. We will be back

A lovely apartment with beautiful views. The swimming pool with a bar and restaurant was great - very good additional bonus as the weather was hot. We loved the decor and everything was clean as we arrived. Communication was good too. We would love to visit again!

We spent a week in the apartment & are very satisfied. Two adults & two teenagers. Wonderful view of Burriana Beach and open and nice apartment with large roof terrace.

We have gone 4 people, my wife and I with our children. The photos are real, the views are also haha, we give faith, it is incredible honestly I don't give it 5 stars for a couple of details that maybe for others are nimios. the exclusive stairs to go down to the brutal burriana beach, the pool is very good even if you might be something hot haha. a suggestion for those of us who have young children is that the sliding doors have a lock so that the children can not open them at their craving, or blinds that fully close the terrace. everything else is great and heavenly. location: 5-star menaje y utencilios de cucina: 5 stelle mattresses: 1 star was the floor, very old mattresses and dice, I think they should be able to allow new mattresses every 3-4 years, we slept very badly

we will return to this apartment for a few years. we feel comfortable here and the stairs down to the beach work well for us. well where excellent swimming and good restaurants.

Nice apartment that's starting to get tired. Nice beds and good spaces. Amazing view, nice terrace and very nice surroundings, calm and beautiful. Great host who will get back to you on a turnaround email.

This apartment was perfect for our family holiday (1 teen, 3 adults). Location was great, views from the balcony were beautiful. We loved staying there and we loved the area.

Nice apartment with great balcony. Near the beach but lots of steps down and a bit of a walk to the town if not going via the beach. Would not recommend if limited mobility but otherwise great and house exactly as shown in pictures

This apartment is lovely, beautiful views, good space, clean and equipped with everything you need. The pool area is very nice and just a few minutes walk. There is a supermarket about 15-20 minute walk away and the beach and restaurants is just 10 minutes walk away, not ideal if you have mobility issues. Town is a 20 minute walk away and has lots to offer, we walked in and often had a taxi back. Our family had a great time here and we hope to go back.

It's the second time we visit this amazing apartment. Here you will be staying if you want a magical balcony with magnificent views and close to beach and restaurants. However, a certain difference from the previous year with wear and tear inside the apartment (mainly fridge/freezer, shower cabin and sofa) as well as on the sun loungers outside (which were broken). As for the kitchen equipment, we were missing a case. Despite this, the listing is a favorite we'd love to visit again.

This apartment is exactly as described. It is comfortable (heating / air con, good water pressure in the shower, sufficient kitchenware, good wifi even for video meetings) and the view is wonderful, both from living room and the main bedroom. Second bedroom is dark and not so nice but I didn’t need it. Both bedrooms are a bit on the small side and lack space for luggage. It is difficult to find the apartment as the street is long and there are no house numbers as such, buth CasaSol personnel is very helpful and will get you there :). I can imagine that in the summer parking will be an issue but now it was fine. The hill is steep but access to Burriana beach and its restaurants is convenient via the private stairway. Easily walkable to town centre but again, the hill is steep ;). I was very happy with my stay!

An absolutely fantastic luxurious apartment with everything (good AC, washing machine, dishwasher, mocca master and comfortable beds) needed for a nice holiday! Magical balcony with a lovely view! To the wonderful Burriana beach there are about 200 steps - it managed our children of 7, 9 years gallant. Many good restaurants down by the beach and even more inside Nerja. It took about 25 minutes to walk to Nerja. To the nearest slightly larger grocery store it took about 15 minutes to walk (without children). We made it without a car during our stay of almost two weeks. We would love to come back to this gem!

The apartment is extremely well located, with a magnificent view. Plan to climb many steps because a large drop with the beach but the view is worth it! The furniture is chosen with care, you feel "at home", everything is done for a pleasant stay: beautiful attention with a bottle on arrival, communication before and during the stay is very responsive. A big thank you!

the apartment is tastefully decorated. The complex is a bit older but beautifully laid out. The view from the balcony is fantastic. We enjoyed it very much. I can only recommend it.
