We loved the roof terrace and valued having a secure garage space and fully functioning air con, especially in the bedrooms. The house was clean and well-equipped... although we didn't know there were deckchairs and umbrellas available until we found them by chance in an understairs cupboard, just as we were packing to leave! The pool and poolside area were well-kept. And, while we were not the only ones using it, it never got ridiculously busy, even though we were there in the heat of July. It's not a long walk to the beach, but the house IS up a long hill; fine on the way down, but miserable on the walk back up in 30+ degrees. Hill-climb notwithstanding, we really enjoyed our it and would stay here again.

The apartment was very spacious for a family with everything you need. The pool area was very quiet. Would recommend having a car if you don’t like walking up steep hills - secure parking was a bonus for this area.

We enjoyed our stay here. The views are beautiful and it's very clean. Lots of space inside. We had to insist that the property advertised a parking space as we were told on arrival that it does not, however this was resolved. Also, there was no BBQ as advertised when we arrived and the hot water was turned off. These issues were resolved in a timely way though. There is a very steep hill to walk in order to access the property, which is something to note if booking here. We really liked the location because we could walk to the beach or into the town and it was quiet and relaxed in the area.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
