We stayed in the Apt for a month. The location was very close to the beach, which we named "squiggly mountain". Although it was steep so not for the faint of heart or people with mobility challenges. It was about a 15 min walk to Mercadona for grocery shopping, with a convenient coffee/beer stop right next to it b4 walking home(wink). The Apt was clean w/ a pool which we did not use but saw multiple families enjoying, so it couldn't have been that cold in there. There was a security gate/building key/and solid front door.... so it felt very safe and secure. It took about 20+ min to walk into Nerja Central/Balcon area. Burrianna has many bars/restaurants very close at the Beach within 5 mins. Television in the living room, capable of PC or Firestick, if you need something other than Spanish channels. Small kitchen which was ample as long as your not doing any fine dining or entertaining. booking process and transport via Casasol was seamless inc. key pickup. WiFi Great.
