very nice accommodation. Nice balcony to sit on in both directions. close to beach and city. Only negative was the road next door that was heard well into bedrooms. extra plus to a real coffee maker ⭐

Strongest point of the apartment: wide balconies, nice view and almost all day sunny. Private safe and screened parking lot. Mixed residential neighborhood. Shops, beach and city center within walking distance. Apartment is located along the Calle Filipinas, the access road to Burriana. Delivers noise nuisance. Kitchen, bathroom offer the essential amenities, including a washing machine. Furniture needs to be replaced. Casasol's hosts were very good: requests and requests were responded to quickly and adequately.

great location,10min to beach and not to steep a hill,for nerja thats good,pool was lovely, although closes at 9pm ,little early,quite neighbours and friendly. apartment nice spacious along with balcony and nice gardens ,security's great and a fob for gate to parking area in back,great as parking in this town is tough, busy busy spot. regards Stephen

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
