This is a great house. Really roomy (which doesn't come across on the pics - was a lot bigger than we anticipated), great outside space and private pool is amazing. Location is brilliant. It is less than five mins walk to the beach with a great selection of beachside dining and pubs, 3 mins walk to local supermarket and 10 mins walk to major supermarket/grocery shop. The house is in suburbia so really quite with virtually no passing traffic, but is about 10 min walk to the 'old town' with its lovely narrow, twisty streets with wide variety of on street dining (local tapa style to Bulgarian to Sushi) bars, shops all leading to the famous 'Balcon' We stayed in the house over Christmas and New Year and Jose and his team were prompt in replying to questions we had, despite it being the holiday season. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location - supermarkets within quick walking distance. 10 mins from beach, bars/restaurant. 20 mins to balcon. Bus station 5 mins away. The villa had everything you need for self-catering. The decor is very dated, including bed linen. Although it was all very clean. All 4 guests found the beds and pillows uncomfortable but this may be personal choice. The host was quick to provide extra pillows. We had a slight issue with the hot water. The host sorted this straight away. There's plenty of towels provided for sunloungers and bathroom. Communication with the host cannot be faulted at all. Very quick to respond and very helpful. One downside for our party was the pool. It is very very deep with no shallow end. You'd have to be at least 7ft to stand up! Also a 4ft drop on one side straight onto concrete terrace. I think this should be made clear in description so families, especially with small children, can make an informed choice on the villa. However overall I would recommend the villa.
