We enjoyed this house. Nice apartment suitable for family of 5-6 persons. Cozy balcony facing the pool area with large awning that provided cool, perfect to have breakfast on. 5 minutes walk to the large Burriana beach, 10 minutes when walking home due to uphill. Also walking distance about 15-20 minutes to Nerja city center. Great with parking on the street directly outside the apartment. A few minutes walk to larger grocery store/supermarket. The apartment is in a quiet and nice residential area. The only thing we were not completely happy with was the cleaning that could have been better.

Great accomodation. Ideal location for us, halfway up road between Burriana beach and large supermarket. We got sun on the front terrace all morning, and on the balcony all afternoon until sunset. Very peaceful accommodation during the winter. We'll equipped, spacious apartment. Agency were very helpful dealing with any queries.

Apartment was great, amazing location, great facilities. Communication was a let down, hard to get in touch with the owner and the company. The boiler broke whilst we were staying here, although the owner arranged for a new boiler to be fitted it left us with no water for nearly a full day which wasn’t great as we have a 1 year old. The men fitting the boiler always left the apartment filthy, floors were disgusting, dust all over own bed and they threw all our clothes onto to floor AFTER we had asked them if we needed to remove them from the wardrobe and they told us no we didn’t! The pool is communal, just wanted to add this in as it isn’t clear when booking and it is located on a steep hill which isn’t ideal for everyone but was okay for us. Supermarket close by and a short walk to the beach and a few restaurants although I would recommend travelling the balcon de Europe on an evening for a wider range of restaurants, bars and shops. All in all enjoyed the trip, just a shame about the boiler situation.

Fantastic place to stay! Great location for Burriana beach and just a short walk into Nerja town centre. Clean, nice showers, lovely balcony, comfortable living space and well equipped kitchen (we even managed to cook a roast Turkey for Christmas dinner). Street parking was readily available outside the apartment. Our family had a wonderful time here and would definitely stay again.
