Apartment was as per the photos ( clean, tidy & well maintained ). The location is great, only a few meters across to the beach. Access to the 1st floor Apartment is via a side street with a lift & stairs. Two Supermarkets nearby with a variety of restaurants. It's not far from the main center of Nerja. The A/C worked perfect, when needed. The kitchen was modern with a large fridge. A bonus, the TV had UK/IRE Channels, so could watch the RTE news when needed. Internet was solid and very high speed. Overall, its a great apartment, good value , great location. Easy to deal with the host ( Casasol Holiday) , great communications and no issues. The welcome surprise was well received. 🍷. Highly recommend.

The apartment is clean, tidy and well decorated. The AC is a plus on the hot evenings. The location is fantastic. It is close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants, but also quiet. The kitchen was not well stocked with salt or pepper, as it was newly available for renting. This aside, the place is great and worth the price.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
