The view from this apartment is amazing! We loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunset over the ocean! Great location just a couple minutes walk from the local super market and tons of bars and restaurants. 10/15 minutes walk to the Balcón too. The apartment itself was super clean and spacious. The only downside was that there wasn’t much supplies like toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, trash bags etc so make sure to pick some up before you arrive. Other than that we loved our stay!

We had a great vacation there! All in all it was great. But there are a few small things to note. Ants gather quickly in the apartment, you should be careful not to leave any food around. The toilet paper was just short. We had too little detergent, we had to buy new ones. Apart from it is important that the kitchen is not fully equipped. Pots, pans and all of these are available, but unfortunately salt, oil, pepper and so on were missing. Despite these deficiencies, we will definitely come back as we loved it! The location is perfect, you can get everywhere on foot.

Incredible ocean views. In the city everything is within walking distance and the town is really beautiful. The pool and green areas are very well maintained. You need a little patience for parking, but there's always something in the area. Return to this apartment at any time.

- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
