One of the great attractions of the house is its magnificent terrace, which not only offers panoramic views, but is also equipped with a dining area and barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals and evenings under the stars.

Just 600 metres away, less than 10 minutes' walk, is Burriana Beach, an award-winning gem well known for its beauty and amenities. In addition, the vibrant historic centre of Nerja, with its bustling streets and historic squares, is just a 20-minute walk away, offering a perfect blend of tranquillity and access to city life.

The house, distributed over two floors, is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. The master bedroom, located on the main floor, is an invitation to rest with its king size bed (180 cm) and private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom, with two single beds, is located next to the main bathroom. This floor also houses a spacious living room, which opens onto a terrace with stunning views of the area and the sea, providing the perfect setting for relaxing.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including integrated appliances. The living room is a cosy space equipped with comfortable furniture, a 42-inch Smart-Tv with Netflix (own account required), and a Dvd/cd player with Usb access, perfect for entertaining evenings.

A third bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom is located on the lower floor, offering a little more privacy and tranquillity, as it has a separate entrance through the lower terrace.

The house stands out not only for its design and comfort, but also for its functionality. It has excellent high-speed wifi, ideal for those who need to work or stay connected, and air conditioning units in all bedrooms and the main living room, ensuring a pleasant stay whatever the weather.

Important: Access to the house requires climbing approximately 60 stairs after an uphill walk from the beach, so it is recommended for those with a moderate level of fitness.

The proximity of the house to Burriana Beach is a significant advantage, as this beach is well known and appreciated for its natural beauty, with fine sand and crystal clear waters. In 2023, Playa Burriana was again honoured with the Blue Flag, a distinction that highlights its commitment to quality and sustainability, evidencing compliance with high standards in cleanliness, safety and environmental management.

This beach is not only an ideal place to enjoy the sun and sea, but also to participate in a variety of recreational activities. Visitors have access to numerous amenities such as showers, children's play areas, beach volleyball courts, pedalo rentals, sun beds, jet ski rentals, banana boat rides, parasailing and kayaking. In addition, the nearby promenade offers a selection of restaurants and bars where guests can sample the local cuisine, including the famous paellas at Ayo Restaurant.

Great view from the balcony. With all of the rain, the unit was cold and damp most of the time. Though the stay was acceptable, we will not rent from Casa Sol again. The reason: we had an incident with the front door that required us to get a locksmith for 50euros. The door had a keyed lock on the front and a keyed lock on the inside. We left a key in the inside lock, used the other key to lock the front door upon our exit. When we returned home we could not unlock the front door. A neighbour came over to help us try and unlock the front door. He said this had been a problem for other guests too. There was no instruction not to keep a key in the inside lock when leaving nor was there any signage. We have not seen a system like this, at home we have a key for the front and a deadbolt inside. When we asked management to wave or share the locksmith costs, they declined saying adults should know better! What an insulting and disrespectful thing to say!!!

My family of four (toddler and 5 year old) and parents stayed here for the holidays, and everything was perfect. The hosts were extremely responsive about a couple of early issues (the sofa broke, as did the toilet-paper roll holder) and fixed it the very next day. We even requested an early check-in, and they accommodated us. The place is gorgeous—views couldn't be more beautiful. And the place is a very comfortable lodging for a group. We were there for two weeks, and I would have loved to have stayed longer. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for everything!

amazing house in a stunning setting. Nice amenities and bedrooms were comfortable. There is some on street parking and it's close to walk to the beach. Just beware Google maps takes you to the wrong area and there are a lot of stairs. lovely stay! 😀

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is light and spacious and is well located for Burriana Beach (although a steep walk back up the hill afterwards!) and it is also possible to walk into the centre of Nerja from there, about 25 minutes. Lovely views from the terrace, it was very pleasant to sit there in the evening with a glass of wine. Would definitely recommend this place.
