Absolutely wonderful, the place was big and nice! However, it is worth paying attention to is that the property is located high up a mountain and a car makes an incredible effort. I already want vacation again and come back!

For those looking for a modern, clear, airy space with each room privacy: this is a place for you. It is a little set back from Nerja, on the heights with an amazing view of the sea. A vehicle is essential.

The house was brilliant , perfect for three couples but the road up to it was steep and sometimes tricky with traffic going in the opposite direction.

We had a great time. We were welcomed by Anna,a very sweet attentive woman, who drove us the last bit because we were a bit lost in the dark. The apartment is difficult to reach and the hallway to and from the parking basement is hell. Guests definitely need a car but I would advise a small agile car. The apartment is cozy furnished, sparkling clean and the view is breathtaking! I want to warn about the stairs! He looks innocent, but the handrail stops at the second last tree. Both my mother and I fell ugly.

Beautiful brand new and modern furnished apartment with amazing views from the roof terrace. The kitchen has all the comforts, very extensive kitchen utensils. The various terraces feature furniture. The beds sleep top. Only downside (for families with small children) are the many open trapped in the house. Highly recommended. We would love to come back again.

Great functional apartment with the most beautiful view and really wonderful rooftop terrace. Everything was as described. We had some lovely days in and around the apartment. We unfortunately experienced some barking dogs each night that kept us awake. But it has nothing to do with the apartment and the rental. The two rooms at the back of the apartment were not affected to the dogs. I highly recommend renting Jose Antonio's place.

Terms and Conditions

For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
