The place was perfect. I wish I could buy it and live there. It was so close to the beach. The view was awesome. The property management company was so helpful with everything. Even arranging a driver for us. And bringing me a bottle of champagne when they heard it was my birthday. I would not only recommend this place I hope to use their management company if I am lucky enough to find a place to buy of my own!

Lovely apartment in an adorable area, easily walkable to cafes and the beach. It was quiet but an easy walk to a more busy area for more shops and restaurants. The grounds are well kept and secure. The layout of the apartment with a shorter wall protecting the bed from the morning sun was perfect. One of our most enjoyed locations on a two week vacation!

Excellent stay in this very comfortable and newly equipped apartment. Superb views of the sea and gardens. The only problem is this large TV with no French channels and no ability to connect. I will be back with great pleasure in this beautiful apartment.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
