It was a vacation in h**l for the first time of all the trips we've made for the last 8 years. To start, the pool that belongs to the house is very poorly cared for and does not comply with health safety regulations. It was so polluted with chlorine that we all ended up with irritation from all over bodies. The worst was for the kids as they suffered a lot from the bites caused by it. Next is that the house is in an active work next door. We were awakened every morning at 7am the screams and noises of the work. 0 privacy since the house they are building is above the one we have rented, throughout the day the workers were above us. Odours, noises, cries of work, cars/vans/trucks constantly coming in and out. It was literally a hell of a vacation. We have written above everything and little help only I FEEL with excuses. VERY UNHAPPY. It's a total thymus. It doesn't do anything in the ad!

Smooth check-in, good and nice hosts who could help and offer earlier check-in. As I said, it was a short distance from the beach, shop and restaurants but convenient by taxi. There was a construction site behind the house, first a little skeptical about whether it would bother us but it wasn't working very often or long so it bothered less than expected.

We had a great stay here for a week in June. The house is a little further out of town that we normally stay but it was a nice quiet area and we were still able to walk in to town every evening. If we decided to get a taxi home it was less than €10 so very reasonable. The house was fantastic. Wonderful pool area, outdoor lounge area and roof terrace. The house had a completely new feel to it, all modern conveniences and very comfortable. The driveway entrance required a very sharp turn so we ended up street parking but not a big deal as there is plenty of parking space available and it was such a quiet area it was very safe. Overall I would 100% recommend it, lovely property, reasonably priced and very attentive host.

Terms and Conditions
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
