From the living room there is access to the terrace and garden with barbecue. Also direct access to the community pool.

The house has a private roof terrace with sun from morning to afternoon and a shower to cool off after sunbathing, with views of the garden, the communal pool and the sea.

It has a separate apartment in the basement with an air-conditioned bedroom, a living room and a bathroom with a shower. Access is independent from the main house.
