The Accommodation is as it appears in the photos. It is very quiet, there is no noise and beds are very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, as are the bathroom and the living room. The cleaning kit they leave in the kitchen is very useful, and the Welcome detail is appreciated!!! The A/C and high ceiling fans are great. It's easily parked at the same street , and although you have to go down the pool down the street, it's very big, clean and it's great in the grass.

This property is inside Urbanización La Noria, which is a location we have stayed in for many years in one property or another. It is about a 25 minute walk to Nerja town centre or 3-4 minute drive, so very convenient. We really love Nerja, which is why we keep coming back. The apartment is very well finished following a fairly recent refurbishment and comfortable to stay in, with all the facilities needed: 3 air con units, washing machine, wifi etc. The agency (CasaSol) were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful during our stay - I would say that they were probably the most considerate rental agency we have experienced, to date, anywhere in the world. Early on in our stay, the fridge stopped working (which was nobody's fault obviously) and the agency and owner were amazing. Within an hour the friendly owner arrived to diagnose the problem and then requested a new fridge. Within another hour a new fridge had been installed by CasaSol. We were very impressed.

This is a super apartment, from super tenants! I lived there for almost 1.5 months. I have never seen such hospitality! The area of the house, great, the terrace is great! Even the pool was clean. I remember this apartment for a long time. If I go to the salag again, I will look at this apartment. Thank you very much to the girls from the agency for helping me resolve issues that were and were always in touch))

Terms and Conditions

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
