Thank you very much! - Upon arrival at the property, it is MANDATORY that you CHECK IN ONLINE, as in any tourist accommodation in Spain. We will give you the precise instructions by email 1 day before your arrival. - In LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES, we give great importance to the good coexistence of our guests with the other NEIGHBORS in the building. Thank you for being kind and respectful to them. - The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at all times is 2 people. SMOKING is strictly PROHIBITED throughout the property. - PARTIES and NOISES that neighbors can hear are prohibited from 22h to 8h. Animals are not allowed. - It is not allowed to hang clothes on balconies or windows facing the street. - LIVING THE HOMES QUARRIES does not provide the service of change of sheets and dirty towels in the accommodations. However, in all of them you will find a set of sheets + a set of towels per spare guest. The apartments also have a washing machine. - Access to the property is not allowed when wet or impregnated with sand from the beach.

Property Manager Terms

For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
