The space

Relax on the comfortable three-seater sofa with a chaise longue, perfect for enjoying a good book or a movie afternoon with your companion.
★ Looking to balance work and leisure? The WORK AREA includes a HEIGHT-ADJUSTABLE MOTORISED DESK, ideal for switching positions during long workdays. Standing while working prevents injuries and eases back tension. There’s also an ERGONOMIC CHAIR for when you need to focus, a COMPUTER MONITOR that you can connect to your laptop, and high-speed WIFI... All with the sea as your backdrop.
★ As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, the KITCHEN is thoughtfully equipped to make cooking and dining at home as comfortable as possible. Savour your meals at the dining table, which comfortably seats four.
★ The BEDROOM features two joined single beds, each with its own bedside table and wall-mounted reading light, as well as a spacious built-in wardrobe. Although there’s no exterior window, the large door connecting to the living room allows natural light to flood the space, creating a very cosy atmosphere.
★ The bathroom, with its modern design, has a spacious shower with excellent water pressure. We provide 2 sets of bath towels and 1 beach towel per guest, a hairdryer, and dispensers with shower gel and shampoo for your convenience.
★ The communal pool has recently been renovated. Enjoy a refreshing swim after a day at the beach, or take a break from remote work with a few laps.
★ As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, it INCLUDES:

★ Thanks to the lift, there are no steps to climb to reach the apartment from the building's entrance.
★ This accommodation does not accept children under 6 years old. We do not provide cribs or high chairs.
★ For stays longer than 14 nights, an additional cleaning service of at least 2 hours (final price 26 EUR) is required. This is paid directly to the cleaner and helps us maintain the property in top condition for all guests, both current and future!

The building where this accommodation is located is a residential property.
For the sustainability of holiday rentals in residential buildings, we kindly ask for your full cooperation in adhering to the following rules:
• The regulations of Las Palmas City Council state that noise perceived by a neighbour BETWEEN 10 p.m. AND 8 a.m. must not exceed 25 dB IN BEDROOMS and 30 dB IN OTHER ROOMS. Normal conversation = 40–50 dB. Slamming doors, dragging furniture = 70 dB. From these levels, you should subtract what is absorbed by walls, ceilings and windows.
• Without our prior authorisation, access is not permitted to PERSONS WHO ARE NOT LISTED IN THE BOOKING.
• SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN throughout the property and in all communal areas of the building.
• We accept no responsibility for noise caused by NEIGHBOURS’ BUILDING WORKS that have not been notified to us.
• PETS are not allowed.
• Access to the building is not permitted WHEN WET OR WITH SAND from the beach.
• It is not permitted to HANG CLOTHES on balconies or windows where they are visible from the street.
• We do not provide a LINEN AND TOWEL CHANGE SERVICE. However, you will find spare sheets and towels in the apartment. The accommodation has a washing machine, and we provide detergent for your use.
The flat has been decorated, furnished and cleaned so that you can enjoy it to its fullest. We kindly ask you to treat it with care and respect, so that future guests can enjoy it in the same way. Thank you very much!

To reserve any of our accommodations, it is an essential requirement that the NAME and CONTACT DETAILS in the reservation are those of one of the guests.
★UPDATED SANITATION & HIGYENE MEASURES
Cleaning and disinfection procedures of our accommodations have been reviewed in order to protect the health of our cleaning crew and our guests.
Our cleaning crew:
→ only uses approved disinfectants.
→ wipes down light switches, lamps, cupboard and window handles, doorknobs, banisters, remotes, all appliances, electronics and provided amenities.
→ carefully washes all dishes and flatware, including the clean ones, with hot water.
→ deeply sanitises potentially contaminated sites (bathroom toilet, sink, trash bin, etc.).
→ machine-washes all available linens at high temperature, including the clean ones.
→ cleans the cleaning products (soap, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, etc.).
→ sterilises the two set of keys and/or the smart lock and the keypad.
→ double-checks their To-Do list before leaving.

We loved our time here! The apt was spotless, bright, and exactly as described, with a perfect view of the ocean and the promenade. It’s an ideal setup for both relaxing and working—the height-adjustable desk & super fast Wi-Fi made working remotely really easy, and the pool was a great bonus for quick swims. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bed is comfortable, and the building is quiet at night. Check-in was a tad confusing at first (we had just travelled 22 hrs) but totally easy once we figured it out. A standout detail that set this place apart from every other listing we considered—the included beach gear! Having reclining beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels (plus snorkel sets!) was such an amazing benefit—we didn’t find another rental offering all of that. It made beach days effortless. The location is unbeatable—steps to cafés, restaurants & the ocean! We felt safe and at home from day one. We’d happily return and recommend this apartment to anyone!!

Thanks for this exceptional place to stay. The apartment looks exactly like in the description, with all the amenities needed for a long or short stay. The position is that in the story, with the ocean and the beach under the window. On the cliff there are plenty of restaurants and on the ground floor of the block a supermarket. Communication with the host was excellent, we found understanding and resolution for all our requests. Certainly, if we will still arrive in Las Palmas, we will request the same accommodation.
