The space
★ If you are staying alone, we offer you a special price! Check availability for 1 and 2 guests... and mind the price difference!

★ Renovated in November 2022, the work respected the prominence of its HUGE WINDOW, which allows NATURAL LIGHT to enter at all hours of the day. The OCEAN can be seen from any corner!

★ Open plan kitchen-bedroom-dining-living-working space, where we have placed the essential furniture, very functional and practical, and distributed in such a way that it does not diminish the space.

★ The BEDROOM area has a 150 cm bed, with a very comfortable mattress and pillows of different firmness. For your reading moments before sleeping, it includes two bedside LED WALL LIGHTS. And if you need to charge your phone, plug it into the wall lights' USB sockets! A 2-DOOR WARDROBE offers the necessary storage space.

★ The LIVING AREA has been located next to the window, to make the most of the NATURAL LIGHT. A TWO-SEATER SOFA, comfortable and soft, invites you to rest. Fancy a movie evening at 'home'? Turn on the 43'' Smart TV (with access to Amazon Prime; we do not offer access to German TV channels) and darken the room, lowering the OPAQUE BLINDS that cover the entire window.

★ The WORK AREA consists of an electric HEIGHT-ADJUSTABLE STANDING DESK (standing up at times relaxes the back and prevents injuries), an OFFICE CHAIR and a COMPUTER SCREEN that you can connect to your laptop. This area looks out onto the sea, which bathes it in natural light and gives it a lot of tranquility.

★ As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, the KITCHEN is thoughtfully equipped to make cooking and dining at home as comfortable as possible. In front of it, the DINING area has been arranged with a dining table for up to 4 people and a high chair on request, in case there is a baby at home!

★ In the BATHROOM, with a WALK-IN SHOWER, a LED LIGHTED MIRROR and a large-capacity under-sink cabinet, we have placed a WASHER-DRYER, which is ideal for very humid cities, such as Las Palmas de GC. The access to the shower is somewhat narrow (36 cms = 14.17 inches).

★ Next to the entry door there is a 2-DOOR BUILT-IN WARDROBE, with many shelves. Inside you will find a SUN UMBRELLA and TWO DIVING GOGGLES. Next to the sofa you will also find the two BEACH CHAIRS. Enjoy all of them at the beach, for FREE!

★ With some mobile phone companies you only get coverage by the window, in the work area or on the sofa. However, the WIFI is perfect throughout the house and you can make calls and video calls flawlessly.

★ The community pool has been recently renovated. Enjoy a cool swim when you return from the beach, or take a break from teleworking by swimming a few laps.

★ As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, it INCLUDES:
- 2 comfortable reclining beach chairs and 1 umbrella
- 2 snorkel sets
- One beach towel per guest
- 2 sets of bath towels per guest
- 1 yoga mat
- Computer screen
- 200ml shower gel and 200ml shampoo in each bathroom
- ½ liter of laundry detergent

★ This accommodation allows a maximum of 2 guests, either 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 baby/kid.

★ It is a very lively neighbourhood during the day, but it is VERY QUIET AT NIGHT. There are LAPTOP-FRIENDLY cafeterias and several COWORKING SPACES nearby, where you can meet other digital nomads.

★ This accommodation is located on the 3rd floor of a 7-storey building.

★ Thanks to the lift, there are no steps to climb to reach the apartment from the building's entrance.

★ For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 2 hours (26 EUR final price), which is paid directly to the cleaner, in order to allow us to properly maintain the facilities. It is for the benefit of all guests, the present and future ones!

At LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES, good relations with the neighbors are a top priority.
The building where this accommodation is located is a residential property.
For the sustainability of holiday rentals in residential buildings, we kindly ask for your full cooperation in adhering to the following rules:

• The regulations of Las Palmas City Council state that noise perceived by a neighbour BETWEEN 10 p.m. AND 8 a.m. must not exceed 25 dB IN BEDROOMS and 30 dB IN OTHER ROOMS. Normal conversation = 40–50 dB. Slamming doors, dragging furniture = 70 dB. From these levels, you should subtract what is absorbed by walls, ceilings and windows.
• Without our prior authorisation, access is not permitted to PERSONS WHO ARE NOT LISTED IN THE BOOKING.
• SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN throughout the property and in all communal areas of the building.
• We accept no responsibility for noise caused by NEIGHBOURS’ BUILDING WORKS that have not been notified to us.
• PETS are not allowed.
• Access to the building is not permitted WHEN WET OR WITH SAND from the beach.
• It is not permitted to HANG CLOTHES on balconies or windows where they are visible from the street.
• We do not provide a LINEN AND TOWEL CHANGE SERVICE. However, you will find spare sheets and towels in the apartment. The accommodation has a washing machine, and we provide detergent for your use.

The flat has been decorated, furnished and cleaned so that you can enjoy it to its fullest. We kindly ask you to treat it with care and respect, so that future guests can enjoy it in the same way. Thank you very much!

To reserve any of our accommodations, it is an essential requirement that the NAME and CONTACT DETAILS in the reservation are those of one of the guests.

★ SANITATION & HIGYENE MEASURES
Cleaning and disinfection procedures of our accommodations have been formulated to protect the health of our cleaning crew and our guests.

Our cleaning crew:
→ only uses approved disinfectants.
→ wipes down light switches, lamps, cupboard and window handles, doorknobs, banisters, remotes, all appliances, electronics and provided amenities.
→ carefully washes all dishes and flatware, including the clean ones, with hot water.
→ deeply sanitises potentially contaminated sites (bathroom toilet, sink, trash bin, etc.).
→ machine-washes all available linens at high temperature, including the clean ones.
→ cleans the cleaning products (soap, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, etc.).
→ sterilises the two set of keys and/or the smart lock and the keypad.
→ double-checks their To-Do list before leaving.

We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely, modern and clean apartment right next to the ocean. When opening up the windows one can hear the waves - really peaceful! Really recommend this host and apartment!

Wonderful place right on the beach. Modern and well-maintained, including a height-adjustable desk and monitor, so it is not only suitable for holidays but also for remote work. Very nice contact with the staff of Living las Canteras Homes. I can absolutely recommend this apartment.
