The space
★ Comfortable accommodation on a building with pool and UNBEATABLE VIEWS to Las Canteras beach.

★ Holidays? Working remotely? Here you will find the ideal environment for your concentration and relaxation. The apartment is ideal for remote working as it has an office desk and chair, a reading lamp and a computer screen on demand.

★ Spacious en-suite bedroom with a 150 cm bed and a large glass front with abundant natural light. For your best rest, make sure it is dark by closing the blackout curtains.

★ Open-plan LIVING ROOM-DINING ROOM-KITCHEN, which receives LOTS OF NATURAL LIGHT DURING THE DAY AND CAN BE THOROUGHLY VENTILATED, thanks to the large windows located at both ends of the flat.

★ The living room has a very comfortable three-seater sofa-bed with chaise-longue and a Smart TV with access to Amazon Prime (no access to German TV channels). Some popcorn and a movie?

The building where this accommodation is located is a residential property.
For the sustainability of holiday rentals in residential buildings, we kindly ask for your full cooperation in adhering to the following rules:

• The regulations of Las Palmas City Council state that noise perceived by a neighbour BETWEEN 10 p.m. AND 8 a.m. must not exceed 25 dB IN BEDROOMS and 30 dB IN OTHER ROOMS. Normal conversation = 40–50 dB. Slamming doors, dragging furniture = 70 dB. From these levels, you should subtract what is absorbed by walls, ceilings and windows.
• Without our prior authorisation, access is not permitted to PERSONS WHO ARE NOT LISTED IN THE BOOKING.
• SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN throughout the property and in all communal areas of the building.
• We accept no responsibility for noise caused by NEIGHBOURS’ BUILDING WORKS that have not been notified to us.
• PETS are not allowed.
• Access to the building is not permitted WHEN WET OR WITH SAND from the beach.
• It is not permitted to HANG CLOTHES on balconies or windows where they are visible from the street.
• We do not provide a LINEN AND TOWEL CHANGE SERVICE. However, you will find spare sheets and towels in the apartment. The accommodation has a washing machine, and we provide detergent for your use.

The flat has been decorated, furnished and cleaned so that you can enjoy it to its fullest. We kindly ask you to treat it with care and respect, so that future guests can enjoy it in the same way. Thank you very much!

★ PROPERTY ACCESS VIA APP
To access the property for the first time, it is necessary to download and use an app on a mobile device.

★ We offer DISCOUNTS for stays of 1 week (5%), 2 weeks (10%), 4 weeks (20%), 8 weeks (30%), and 12 weeks (40%). These are already included in the price, so feel free to search for different stay lengths to see the savings!

★ IF YOU'RE STAYING SOLO, we offer a special rate. Try searching for 1 and 2 guests to see the price difference!

★ LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES guests can also enjoy FREE EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT, subject to our booking schedule and cleaning availability. Just ask us about it in your online check-in.

★ For stays longer than 14 days, an additional cleaning service of at least 3 hours is required (final cost of 39 EUR, paid directly to the cleaner), which ensures proper maintenance for all our guests’ benefit, now and in the future!

★ PERSONAL DATA REGISTRATION
We are an official tourist establishment, so every guest must register their details for us to submit to the Spanish administration. We could be fined for not doing this, so if you’re uncomfortable with this requirement, we kindly ask that you don’t book with LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES.

★ DIRECT BOOKINGS ONLY
To book with us, the NAME and CONTACT DETAILS on the reservation must belong to one of the guests staying.

★ HYGIENE AND SANITATION MEASURES
Our cleaning and disinfection procedures are designed to protect the health of both our team and guests.

Our cleaning team:
→ only uses approved disinfectants. → cleans light switches, lamps, cabinet and window handles, door knobs, railings, remote controls, appliances, electronics, and any item provided for guest use.
→ carefully washes all dishes and cutlery, even those already cleaned, in hot water.
→ deeply disinfects high-touch surfaces (toilet, sink, waste bins, etc.).
→ washes bedding and towels at high temperatures, including those already clean.
→ cleans all cleaning products (soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, etc.).
→ sterilises both sets of keys and/or the smart lock and keypad.
→ double-checks their task list before leaving the apartment.

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Gran Canaria! Clean, spacious and very well located, it offered a magnificent view and all the necessary comfort. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

Excellent apartment in a central location overlooking Las CANTERAS beach. Equipped with an everything needed. The terrace was a great place to sit at any time of day and evening watching the constant activities on the beach/ promenade and in/of the sea. The dual aspect with city views from the bedroom added extra interest. There are good walking options, including to the port, and a bit further, to the old town area. Bus services are plentiful and available only a few minutes from the apartment. The cycle hire shop at street level was handy as bikes aren’t allowed in the apartment building public areas nor the lift, so being able to store the hire bike in the shop was workable though not ideal. The team at living Las CANTERAS were great, quickly responding to any question, including checking out with the bike shop that I could store the hire bike there, a nice touch. We appreciated getting a late checkout allowing us to make the most of our last day / late flight.
