Staying at Living Las Canteras Homes was everything I was looking for - a private quite place close to beach where I could also work comfortably with my computer. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves - bliss. The location is perfect, 2 min and you can take a swim in the beautiful ocean water. Lots of restaurants around, markets with fresh fruits and vegetables, and options to explore the area and the island. Raul is a very responsive and helpful host, as a solo traveler that was very important for me as well. Thank you, I would definitely love to stay here again! :)

We loved this third story apartment. It provided wonderful views out over the beach and the sunsets across the sea and mountains. Very convenient for restaurants and shops. Could pop in the sea for a quick dip everything was so close. Grateful for the coffee machine for those breakfasts on the verandah. Thankful for a lift at the end of an evenings dining too. Very helpful response when we ran into trouble with the washing machine-turned out to be user error. Would highly recommend . Thank you

The staying was so pleasant. Location is perfect, the view from the balcony will leave you speechless, the beach is just less than one min from the apartment. It had all the amenities, beach towels, washing machine, tv… Juan was really helpful and friendly, will definitely stay again next time.

Perfect accommodation. You have everything you need to live in it, down to the last detail. Unbeatable views. It struck me that I had hammocks, as I had previously been to other apartments in the same building that has nothing to do with this. Very good cleanliness, great wifi. It is a very large apartment, although the kitchen is far from the dining room and an endless corridor is made. Maybe a sofa bed would be great, to be able to sleep in the living room listening to the sea. The entrance to the apartment is self-contained, but the guy before tells you very well how to get in (it's very easy). Juan, who was the person who was in charge of the accommodation, was attentive at all times if there was any problem, in fact he worried about my health, since on the last day I got bad and asked if I could leave me another 30 minutes and he did his best to make it that way. I will definitely be back to this property. For me the best of all I have visited in Las Canteras.

My daughter&i stayed in the apartment for 9 days in August '24,it was clean,perfect location,beach right in front-Las Canteras has lots to offer,cafes, shops, restaurants, giftshops etc.The balcony overlooked the beach, promenade, quite private, nice to have your breakfast, coffee or just to observe! Juan was very responsive if we had query, we had no issues with our apartment, due to its location it was easy to get around and explore. We parked car in recommended Carpark near by,had discount,would recommend it as its busy town. Bus routes are also quite easy to access. We would recommend this apartment, it was positive experience, lovely holiday 🙂❤

Great apartment, bigger then it looks in the pictures. Internet is fast, and the location is great. Just exit and walk on the beach. I would book this again.

I was in the apartment for a week for "workation". The apartment is very well located: right on the beach, with many restaurants and shopping in the immediate vicinity. Public transport connections are also good. The workspace in the apartment even has a screen with HDMI cable. Inside the apartment it is quiet despite the central location. Everything was clean and well prepared.

Ideal apartment for a nice holiday. The balcony faces the beach and is a wonder. The apartment comes equipped with everything needed to go to the beach (umbrella,chairs, shovels...). The room is spacious and nice and the balcony has sunshine throughout the day. A great option for the holidays and the host was very friendly and available.

The apartment was perfectly situated. It had everything we needed, it was clean, modern, very peaceful. On the terrace it was a like you were on the beach. The only thing that could be upgraded is the bed. But it’s clearly a five stars apartment. And Las Palmas is a great city.

Location, location, location! Private balcony overlooking beach volleyball & paddle tennis. Beautiful sunset views. Balcony is angled for shade and sun all day. Equipment and extras eg snorkels & masks, beach towels and chairs, mini oil & vinegar, bottle of water and wine, crackers all made our stay welcoming and homely. Juan’s guide to local restaurants, cafes, places to visit helped us decide from a huge number of options. We used and enjoyed the promotions Juan has negotiated with local businesses. Bus stops are very nearby and buses are cheap, on time and cover most of the island. Fresquito and Tasca La Lonja were favourites with us. Comfy bed. Perfect for digital nomads. Very quiet in the apartment block but occasional street noise at night which didn’t disturb us. I loved being able to hear the sea. I wish we’d booked for longer! We’ll be back!
