★ The BEDROOM invites you to rest. The queen-size bed has a very comfortable new mattress. Also, there are pillows of different firmness at your disposal. A huge BUILT-IN WARDROBE with three bodies offers the storage space you need. You will find a BEACH TOWEL per guest inside it.
★ And if that is not enough, there is a SECOND WARDROBE with two bodies in the corridor, where you will find, in addition to cleaning items such as a broom and dustpan or bucket and mop, an UMBRELLA, 2 BEACH CHAIRS and DIVING GOGGLES.

Please note that there is a 20-STEP STAIRCASE to access the lift from the main entrance of the building.
★ For stays of more than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an accommodation cleaning service of at least 2 hours (26 EUR), in order to allow us to properly maintain the facilities. It is for the benefit of all guests, the present and future ones!

The building where this accommodation is located is a residential property.
For the sustainability of holiday rentals in residential buildings, we kindly ask for your full cooperation in adhering to the following rules:
• The regulations of Las Palmas City Council state that noise perceived by a neighbour BETWEEN 10 p.m. AND 8 a.m. must not exceed 25 dB IN BEDROOMS and 30 dB IN OTHER ROOMS. Normal conversation = 40–50 dB. Slamming doors, dragging furniture = 70 dB. From these levels, you should subtract what is absorbed by walls, ceilings and windows.
• Without our prior authorisation, access is not permitted to PERSONS WHO ARE NOT LISTED IN THE BOOKING.
• SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN throughout the property and in all communal areas of the building.
• We accept no responsibility for noise caused by NEIGHBOURS’ BUILDING WORKS that have not been notified to us.
• PETS are not allowed.
• Access to the building is not permitted WHEN WET OR WITH SAND from the beach.
• It is not permitted to HANG CLOTHES on balconies or windows where they are visible from the street.
• We do not provide a LINEN AND TOWEL CHANGE SERVICE. However, you will find spare sheets and towels in the apartment. The accommodation has a washing machine, and we provide detergent for your use.
The flat has been decorated, furnished and cleaned so that you can enjoy it to its fullest. We kindly ask you to treat it with care and respect, so that future guests can enjoy it in the same way. Thank you very much!

To reserve any of our accommodations, it is an essential requirement that the NAME and CONTACT DETAILS in the reservation are those of one of the guests.
★UPDATED SANITATION & HIGYENE MEASURES
Cleaning and disinfection procedures of our accommodations have been reviewed in order to protect the health of our cleaning crew and our guests.
Our cleaning crew:
￫ only uses approved disinfectants.
￫ wipes down light switches, lamps, cupboard and window handles, doorknobs, banisters, remotes, all appliances, electronics and provided amenities.
￫ carefully washes all dishes and flatware, including the clean ones, with hot water.
￫ deeply sanitises potentially contaminated sites (bathroom toilet, sink, trash bin, etc.).
￫ machine-washes all available linens at high temperature, including the clean ones.
￫ cleans the cleaning products (soap, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, etc.).
￫ sterilises the two set of keys and/or the smart lock and the keypad.
￫ double-checks their To-Do list before leaving.

We had a wonderful stay in Las Palmas! The view and location of the apartment are fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and the most beautiful beach on Gran Canaria just nearby. The apartment was very clean, and communication with Juan was excellent. A few small things: we would have loved some extra kitchen equipment (like deep plates), and the towels were a bit worn but quickly replaced by the friendly cleaning lady, who even did a basic cleaning for us at a small extra charge. An Air condition in the bedroom instead of just a fan would also be nice, as the apartment is quite long and not so easy to ventilate. Overall, the apartment is super well equipped with lots of extras like beach chairs and umbrellas. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you for a great holiday!

We had a pleasant stay. The location is just perfect, with access to the beach and all amenities nearby. The accommodation is very cosy, with all the necessary amenities, even beach accessories were available. The balcony is superb with unbeatable views. The host is very courteous and responsive. I would highly recommend it

We spent a week in the apartment and it was perfect. The accommodation itself is like in the pictures, very nice cleanliness greeted us. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for cooking, but there are also a lot of extras for sunbathing. And the sunsets are beautiful from the terrace. The location of the apartment is great, there are also larger hypermarkets and several restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. The bus station is about a 10-minute walk away, from where several buses depart, so we discovered the island. If we are in Las Palmas next time, we would like to return.

Communication with the Living Las Canteras team was good, fast and friendly. All information in advance was clear. Could bring luggage earlier without any problem and that was very nice. The apartment is as in the pictures. Lacks a bit of cosiness, very basic decor, but terrace was good. We had a nice view of the beach and sports activities such as beach volleyball. Everything is within walking distance and you can park at the Elder parking garage, which costs 35 euros per week and is easy to reach. A large supermarket is almost next door. The only thing that needs attention is the bathroom, which just needs some love and attention. The mattress may also be replaced, it had sagged and was not comfortable. Bedroom is at the back, no noise from the sea but from the street. Can sometimes be a bit noisy with the window open.
