The space
★ You will feel at home from the moment you enter. Its black and white tile floor, like a chess board, visually connects all the rooms. The light tones and the selection of lightweight fabrics create a sense of brightness and spaciousness.

★ Bay Views:
Enjoy the breathtaking views of Las Canteras Bay. The furniture blends rattan pieces with lighter, more nautical upholstery, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.

★ Living-Dining Room with Three Areas:
The lounge and TV area, featuring a 2-seater sofa and 2 individual armchairs, invites you to enjoy moments of conversation and a glass of wine or to relax with a good movie on our Amazon Prime account (we do not offer access to German TV channels). The dining area has a glass-topped table for 4 diners. The bay window area floods the space with natural light and invites you to enjoy moments of good reading by the sea.

★ Two Bedrooms with Private Bathrooms:
Both bedrooms have a double bed and medium-firm mattresses. The first bedroom has access to the living-dining room. The two-section free-standing wardrobe offers you the storage space you need. Its bathroom has a spacious shower with a glass enclosure, a modern sink, and two large baskets containing a hairdryer and a beach towel per guest. In the accommodation, you will find two sets of bath towels per person.

The second bedroom has a functional design. To make the most of the space, instead of a wardrobe, we have installed a crossbar with hangers and visible shelves. The laundry room is located behind the curtains.

★ Bathroom Open To The Bedroom
The bathroom of the second bedroom is open, without partitions, to the sleeping area. Large-format shower.

★ Spacious Fully Equipped Kitchen:
As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, the kitchen is thoughtfully equipped to make cooking and dining at home as comfortable as possible.

★ Free-Of-Charge Garage, Space Only 80 Metres from the Building
Parking space located in a nearby private car park. It is at the entrance level from the street, very easy to access. It is included in the rent.

★ As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, it INCLUDES:
- 2 comfortable reclining beach chairs and 1 umbrella
- 2 snorkel sets
- One beach towel per guest
- 2 sets of bath towels per guest
- 1 yoga mat
- Computer screen
- 200ml shower gel and 200ml shampoo in each bathroom
- ½ liter of laundry detergent
- Baby cot and highchair on request, at no extra cost
- Free early check-in and late check-out upon request and subject to availability.

★ The neighbourhood is lively during the day but VERY QUIET AT NIGHT. You will find cafes to WORK in and several coworking spaces to meet other digital nomads.

★ There is only 1 flat per floor, it's a very quiet community.

★ This accommodation is located on the 2nd floor of a 4-story building. The lift provides direct access to the interior of the dwelling using a key, which we will leave in the accommodation.

★ The property can be accessed without the need to climb any steps.

★ The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY of the accommodation at all times is 4 people, regardless of the age of the guests.

★ The flat is IDEAL FOR SHORT AND MEDIUM STAYS, couples, holiday travellers, or remote workers.

★ For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to contract an additional accommodation cleaning service of at least 3 hours (39 EUR), which is paid directly to the cleaner. This helps us keep everything in perfect condition for all our future guests. It's for the benefit of everyone!

★ MANDATORY GUEST INFORMATION
In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, it is mandatory to access our Guest Portal and provide the following information prior to arrival:
• Personal details for each guest: full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, and full address. For minors, the relationship to the accompanying adult must also be specified.
• Contact details: phone number and email address.
• A valid form of identification (DNI, TIE or passport).

★ HOUSE RULES
At LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES, good relations with the neighbors are a top priority.
The building where this accommodation is located is a residential property.
For the sustainability of holiday rentals in residential buildings, we kindly ask for your full cooperation in adhering to the following rules:

• The regulations of Las Palmas City Council state that noise perceived by a neighbour BETWEEN 10 p.m. AND 8 a.m. must not exceed 25 dB IN BEDROOMS and 30 dB IN OTHER ROOMS. Normal conversation = 40–50 dB. Slamming doors, dragging furniture = 70 dB. From these levels, you should subtract what is absorbed by walls, ceilings and windows.
• Without our prior authorisation, access is not permitted to PERSONS WHO ARE NOT LISTED IN THE BOOKING.
• SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN throughout the property and in all communal areas of the building.
• We accept no responsibility for noise caused by NEIGHBOURS’ BUILDING WORKS that have not been notified to us.
• PETS are not allowed.
• Access to the building is not permitted WHEN WET OR WITH SAND from the beach.
• It is not permitted to HANG CLOTHES on balconies or windows where they are visible from the street.
• We do not provide a LINEN AND TOWEL CHANGE SERVICE. However, you will find spare sheets and towels in the apartment. The accommodation has a washing machine, and we provide detergent for your use.

The flat has been decorated, furnished and cleaned so that you can enjoy it to its fullest. We kindly ask you to treat it with care and respect, so that future guests can enjoy it in the same way. Thank you very much!

★ PROPERTY ACCESS VIA APP
To access the property for the first time, it is necessary to download and use an app on a mobile device.

★ NO RESERVATIONS FROM INTERMEDIARIES
To reserve any of our accommodations, it is an essential requirement that the NAME and CONTACT DETAILS in the reservation are those of one of the guests.

★UPDATED SANITATION & HIGYENE MEASURES
Cleaning and disinfection procedures of our accommodations have been reviewed in order to protect the health of our cleaning crew and our guests.

Our cleaning crew:
→ only uses approved disinfectants.
→ wipes down light switches, lamps, cupboard and window handles, doorknobs, banisters, remotes, all appliances, electronics and provided amenities.
→ carefully washes all dishes and flatware, including the clean ones, with hot water.
→ deeply sanitises potentially contaminated sites (bathroom toilet, sink, trash bin, etc.).
→ machine-washes all available linens at high temperature, including the clean ones.
→ cleans the cleaning products (soap, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, etc.).
→ sterilises the two set of keys and/or the smart lock and the keypad.
→ double-checks their To-Do list before leaving.

My parents , being the first time on the Canary Islands, absolutely loved their appartment, its beautiful amazing view ( especially the sunsets) and the nuce walks they could take from there! It was absolutely clean , tidy and the equipment is just outstanding! They are already planning on coming back! Highly recommend! The whole team of Living Las Canteras is really responsive and helpful, thank you very much!

The instruction how to get to the apartment was very clear and helpful, it was really convenient to have a parking slot. The neighborhood was amazing, with a view to beautiful beach. The apartment was spacious, however it looked slightly better on the pictures. In the night we found a huge cockroach on the bed, but in general they are natural part of Gran Canaria, so it was not a problem for us. Shower gel was almost finished when we checked-in and there was a slight smell of sewers, but in the other hand the apartment was really good equipped and good quality for the price :)

The apartment is super central – many sights, restaurants and attractions are close by. Communication with Juan was excellent: fast, friendly and very helpful. I felt completely comfortable.
