It went well, the instructions provided are clear and complete. Any questions are answered in the guidelines. Host is responsive and friendly. The accommodation meets expectations and photos, many amenities are available (beach towel, toys, etc.). I would this property. The only downside is the street which is very noisy however window closed no noise does not enter the apartment, so a snack would be ideal. But everything is perfect.

We spent a lovely week in this very comfortable and well equipped apartment . The location is excellent - so close to the beach - and everything you might need is within easy walking distance. Great views and very good for people watching . There was some noise from the restaurants below but it wasn't intrusive, and there were buskers in the evenings but it all just added to the holiday atmosphere. All quiet overnight. I always travel with an eye mask and ear plugs just in case and I did use them. Living Las Canteras were very helpful and flexible . We would definitely stay here again .

Thank you! - When you arrive at the property, it is MANDATORY that you do the CHECK IN ONLINE, as in any tourist accommodation in Spain. We will give you the precise instructions by email 1 day before your arrival. - At LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES we attach great importance to the good coexistence of our guests with the other NEIGHBOURS of the building. We appreciate that you are kind and respectful to them. - The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at all times is 4 people, no matter their age. - SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN in the entire property. - PARTIES AND NOISES that may disturb neighbours are prohibited from 10pm to 8am. - PETS are not allowed. - It is not allowed to hang clothes on balconies or windows facing the street. - LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES does not provide the service of changing dirty sheets and towels in the accommodations. However, in all of them you will find a spare set of sheets + a spare set of towels per guest. The flats also have a washing machine. - Access to the property is not allowed while being wet or impregnated with sand from the beach.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
