We had a great time thanks to the team at Living las Canteras they are very responsive, available, attentive and kind. The apartment was clean , impeccable, beautiful and welcoming . It matches the photos exactly. It also very complete in kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedrooms . He has it all! A great terrace from which you can see the sea and hear the sound of the waves. The location is perfect. We loved our short stay and will come back . I thank the Living las Canteras team for our perfect stay.

Wonderful apartment close to the beach and all amenities- restaurants, supermarkets etc The team at Living Las Canteras we’re exceptional - great on communication, arranged a pick up at the airport , ensured the place was clean etc . We would definitely choose to stay here again if we came back to Las Palmas .

One of, if not the best, AirBNB places I've visited. Everything in the description matched perfectly the actual apartment, and the views were even better than we anticipated. The hosts were extremely responsive and provided us with baby furniture (crib, bath, high chair) plus a few extra toys for our daughter. The location is probably better than advertised in my opinion; great views and sound of ocean waves at night, but because it's slightly offset from the beach there is hardly any noise at night. We had one large checked bag, a stroller, and a small luggage, and it was no problem to walk from the bus station at Santa Catalina to the apartment. The hosts even offered instructions and guidance for how to arrive to the apartment from the airport, which I'm sure is appreciated for those that don't know the area well. Overall, very wonderful experience and we would return in a heartbeat!

Pretty apartment, great location (you can even hear the sound of the waves of the sea and one of the bedrooms has partial sea view too), nice terrace and Juan was very attentive and responsive and therefore provided an excellent service.

Great place to stay. I was there for a month. The place was great and as advertised. Awesome location with beautiful ocean and beach views. Lots of restaurants, shopping and bars right around. There is also a great produce market and a bodega right downstairs, as well an a burger joint right across the street. Enjoy!

The flat is really beautiful and has everything you need. The balcony is bigger than on the pictures and really nice. The flat is 2 minutes away from the beach. Would come back anytime

Just back from a super stay here. The apt is a little smaller than the photos but the balcony is a little larger. It was a perfect location - everything from check in to departure was made very simple and communication was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable and everything you might need was to hand. I would highly recommend this property and the little surprise at the end of our visit was a nice touch

The appartment has a beautiful location, literally a few steps to the beach. The general area is a bit smaller than the pictures would seem to make it look, but with the great weather we did not spend much time inside anyway. The appartment is very complete with handy items such as kitchen appliances and beach toys. Overall this is a great place to stay and we would gladly come again with our two boys.

The location near the beach is really good. Services are a short trip away. The apartment is clean and suited for the two of us very well, equipped. The kitchen is equipped and longer living is great.

The stay in this apartment was great. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped both in the bathroom and kitchen, as well as beach chairs, etc. It's just above Las Canteras beach, a wonder! Hosts have been very attentive and communication has been very fluid. To repeat!

The apartment was very cleaned, the location is fantastic and the terrace is wonderful. Juan is super attentive, he even sends you a guide with local recommendations that actually helped us a lot. We ate formidable in some of those places for very good value. From the terrace you can see very good the sunset and around the place you have plenty of stores and restaurants to make your stay comfy. Literally 2 minutes walking from the beach, you will enjoy your days off in Las Palmas in this place!!

Juan is an outstanding Airbnb host - (5 stars and A++++)! He was quick to reply to our messages, even arranged a cab transfer for us from the South of the island to his apartment in Las Palmas so we had a smooth trip there, amazing. Juan has even kept in contact with us after our stay to ensure we made it home safely - what a fab host! The apartment is perfectly located for restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, salons, mall etc, all within walking distance. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the early evening to having a tapas style dinner - listening to the waves. The beds are super comfortable, and plenty of wardrobe storage in the bedrooms, extra towels and beach towels to use too. The kitchen had utensils we needed for cooking, lots of plates/cups/glasses, plus an oven/microwave oven, electric jug, tea bags, coffee filters, tin foil/plastic wrap, user manuals etc plus a washing machine. TVs in the lounge and bedrooms and access to Netflix was great for a quiet night in. Cleaning and laundry supplies and drying rack were provided during our stay and if we needed to top up on any supplies, a quick walk to the supermarket was easy to do. Beach chairs + umbrella were for our use if we needed and with the beach being on your doorstep, why not :-) The shower and bathroom was clean and hot water was fine. We honestly cannot speak highly enough of Juan and his apartment. When we next look to travel to Las Palmas we won't hesitate to book Juan's apartment - we just hope he will have availability. Thank you Juan - all the best

Juan, thank you so much for having us! We had a great time at your apartment and really enjoyed our stay there. The apartment has a good location. Just a few steps to the beach - what else do you want - and many nice restaurants just around the corner. And of course I have to mention the balcony. The view over the ocean is great and it feels so good, that you can always listen to the sound of the waves. In the apartment was everything provided that we needed, so it was even possible to cook a full dinner after a long day at the beach ;-) You were such a good host! You answered to all my questions almost immediately and told us already everything about the apartment and the location before we have been there. Pepe even brought us sun chairs after our arrival. Such a good service! Overall, it was just a great holiday in your apartment! Say Hi to Pepe! We will definitely come again!

The apartment was amazing, even better than we expected from the photos and profile. Very stylish and comfortable space, perfect for friends or a small family. Brilliant location, literally less than a minute from a beautiful beach and a variety of amazing restaurants and bars. Excellent hospitality, we were warmly welcomed to the apartment and shown around, and Juan was easily contactable with any issues or questions. Cannot recommend enough.
