Property as described, excellent and prompt responses from the very friendly team. The view was the best part, everything in place for a pleasant stay. Appreciated being able to leave our luggage in the apartment on our last day for later collection. Was a bit daunted by the instructions of how to access the property as we are truly non technically minded but they were able to find us an easier solution to get inside. Thank You

We stayed here last year and that’s why we booked it again this year. The apartment had everything we needed with fantastic views. We slept with the doors open so we could hear the sea. Beautifully presented apartment and central to everything. A lovely winter sun getaway. Highly recommend.

I came to stay here for 10 days in August and I couldn't have hoped for better. The apartment is very well laid out, it has everything you need for comfort, the kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is easy to access, everything is very well explained, quiet and clean. Las Canteras beach is directly accessible. The Living Las Canteras team is available if needed, very responsive. I even received recommendations (restaurants, activities, etc.). I recommend and will come back to stay here!!

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! I had a fantastic time at Living Las Canteras Homes. The whole team was outstanding – very polite, professional, and always easy to reach. Communication was excellent and very prompt. The apartment is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. It’s in an amazing location right on the beachfront promenade, yet very quiet – all you hear is the sound of the ocean. Two balconies offer stunning, uninterrupted views of the sea and sunsets. Thank you for a truly superb stay on Las Canteras. We loved the flat and waking up to the sound of the waves, running along the shore to El Confital in the mornings. Downloaded the Nextbike-app and used their citybikes to get to the old town etc. Easy. Highly recommend!

What can I say?! Our time in Las Palmas was an absolute dream and this was thanks to our beautiful accommodation, located in the perfect spot right on the promenade. We spent our mornings sunbathing and swimming on the beaches at our doorstep and indulged in a range of restaurants and bars surrounding the apartment in the evenings, with some of our favourite eats being recommendations from the hosts. After the day was coming to a close, we relaxed on the balcony, and enjoyed the ocean’s presence. Overall our stay was great and I can say without a doubt that if we return to Las Palmas, we would choose this accommodation again in a heartbeat!

Loved this apartment. It matched the description and the photos. Easy to find and access. Being on the 7th floor (via the lift) you get a wonderful view, from the private balcony, of the sea. Really homely with everything you need for your stay including beach chairs. Located right on the front, you have everything you need within walking distance. They really have thought of everything. We loved it!

Fabulous place! Would not hesitate to recommend it and would definately book again if returning. The location was fantastic, walking distance to lots of restaurants, cafes, shops, 10 mins walk to Santa Catalina bus terminal. The bed and pillows very comfy with fresh clean linen and plenty of towels. Lots of little touches like providing beach towels, beach brolley and chairs, a speaker etc. Kitchen was cute, small but well equipped for 2. Balconies are very private which was a bonus but not overly large or good for people watching but the privacy outweighed that for me. Lovely sea views and sound of the waves. Host was incredibly responsive, we had a couple of tiny issues that were resolved immediately and professionally plus booked us a taxi transfer to the airport going home. We book ALOT of Airbnb etc and this was top rated for us.

Living in Las Canteras was lovely! The sweet little apartment is well equipped for all occasions. From a change of sheets and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, to beach chairs as well as a sun umbrella, everything you need is there! The Las Canteras Team was very communicative and happy to help with anything necessary. So don’t hesitate to let them know in case of any issues or questions. I would recommend the transfer service if you are coming from the airport as it is simple and reliable. Also consider bringing an extra set of keys at all times in case of any issues with the buzzer.

The apartment is tastefully decorated. It is located directly on the Las Canteras beach promenade with fantastic views of the sea with sea sounds and fresh breeze! The apartment is equipped with everything necessary. However, this time, some personal details I knew from previous stays in the apartment were missing, such as Fruit bowl, basket with magazines, small Carpet, sofa blanket (especially in the evening), dishwashing brush, clean towels for showering. Nevertheless, you have everything you need on vacation. The location of the apartment is awesome, especially the balconies! The virtual communication with Living Canteras went well and was perfectly fine.

The Living Las Canteras team are wonderful hosts and were very quick to respond to any questions! The location is unbeatable - right across the boardwalk from the beach. The flat contains everything you need for a beach visit - towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, etc. I felt very safe in the area as a solo female traveller. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Absolutely loved my four days in the adorbs condo! I’ve been travelling around Spain solo for a month and this is at the top. The views, location and all the thoughtful little detail made everything perfect. The kitchen is a little tight, but functional. The apartment is located on the 7th floor and has two small balconies. The balconies have a great ocean view. Anyway, the location is excellent on the beach boulevard of Playa de Las Canteras. The apartment was in good condition and had everything you needed. The apartment also had a separate screen for the computer, which was very good for working remotely. The apartment also had good instructions and the instructions that were already received in advance were clear. Very good experience and I can highly recommend the apartment.

Had an amazing one month stay here! The place was equipped with everything I needed to be comfortable and I had the most beautiful views. I spent my days and nights listening to the peaceful sound of the waves outside. The location is amazing - steps to restaurants, grocery store and the beach. What a splendid place!! I loved my week stay here. The apartment is on the 7th floor of a 9 story building, but once you’re inside, it feels very private. Like you have your own private view of the ocean and boardwalk area. You can hear the ocean waves, but I was never bothered by any boardwalk noise. Also I never heard my neighbors in the building. It’s peaceful and quiet. (On that note, if you’re looking to party late into the night, this is not the place for you. The building has “quiet hours” which I really appreciated.) Kitchen - I’ve stayed in airbnbs with kitchens five times this size that were not half as well equipped. It’s small, but there’s everything you need. Ultra convenient and easy to prepare simple meals. Juan was super responsive and very helpful. Excellent cleaning person (the place was spotless, including bathroom and kitchen). I loved my time in this apartment and was really sad to leave. Will definitely be back!!

This was the best Airbnb experience. I wish I could stay in the unit longer, but it was sadly booked. It’s very beautiful, clean, and well equipped. The views are more incredible in person and it’s truly a luxury to have so much privacy. The only thing you can hear are the ocean waves. The location is unbeatable and near everything you could want to do in Las Palmas. Additionally, the kitchen was perfect for a longer term stay with everything I needed. Juan and his team were true professionals and responded to all my requests immediately. They even replaced some kitchen utensils for me with new ones. I can’t thank them enough for all the hospitality. They run a great Airbnb business. I highly recommend this unit.

It was great to stay in the appartment. The view from the balconies is fabulous as well as breakfast there with the ocean view. Appartment is situated on the promenade with a lot of cafes, restaurants and shops. Also the bus station is very close, from there you can reach a lot of destinations in Gran Canaria. All the recommendations of the host are very useful. It was great experience, would definately recommend this appartment

We absolutely loved our stay in Ana’s apartment. We arrived to a warm welcome with so many great tips, and left feeling like locals. The apartment felt like a home from home – super clean with everything you could need for a short stay. The kitchen/balconies are perfect for cooking and enjoying meals, morning coffees and some post-swim downtime – the views, sunsets and the sound of the sea in the morning was perfect too. We had big intentions to explore the whole island but kept getting pulled back to the chilled out energy of las canteras beach. Flat is very nice, very clean, with well-equipped kitchen, you have everything you might need, with a great view and you can observe marvellous sunsets from the balcony. The more you live there, the more cute details you notice, like little candles or pictures that makes you feel like at home, very cozy atmosphere. Communication with Ana was very pleasant. She definitely deserves the status of superhost. She explained everything and helped with the tips how to get from airport to the apartment, places where to eat etc. Ana even left a beach umbrella, snorkeling masks and beach tennis for us! Only one thing that disturbed us is a noise from the outside. After the reviews that it’s really calm at the apartment and you can hear only a sound of the ocean we got really inspired. But the windows goes right at the promenade street with lots of restaurants and a beach. And people are there till late night, especially on Friday and Saturday. Sometimes we woke up several times at night (at 3-4 am) because of the screams from the outside. Unfortunately windows are not soundproofed. So if you want completely peaceful vacation, this apartment is probably not for you. And another thing is a bed, it’s quite small for 2 people, couldn’t totally relaxed on it. Despite this we really liked our stay there. You can wake up in the morning and be the first one at the beach, enjoy calmness and silence. And the view is definitely 5*. Maybe if you go not in high season it will be more calm.

Location couldn’t be better as beach and promenade literally on your doorstep with lots of bars and eateries but peaceful too. Being on the 7th floor means the only noise you hear are the waves and its so relaxing. Ana is an amazing host, her communication and the information about the island was very good. Ana's apartment is the best AIrbnb I have ever stayed in. The apartment itself is great, equipped with everything necessary and very welcoming. However, what is really amazing are the views, which can be enjoyed from either of the two terraces or from inside the house. Ana's apartment is simply extraordinary. Since you walk in, you feel like you're home. Nothing is missing (glasses and a tube, umbrella, salt, coffee...). What you need has been thought of before! But it is also that the ocean views are truly spectacular and the evenings are very quiet without any noise, except for the ruin of the waves. Even the neighbors are lovely! Both Ana and her apartment are great. The apartment stands out for having a direct view of the sea from its two terraces and because it has a lot of style. Everything is new, clean, tidy and has the right furnishings and utensils to be comfortable for a week of vacation. As for Ana, she's the perfect hostess. A person who spreads the love that he has in his city and very hospitable, who goes ahead of the needs you can have to enjoy your vacations. He made great recommendations all over the island - many of them we follow - and the apartment has details that make the stay very comfortable - for example beach towels-. Great location, nearby restaurants and shops. Quiet apartment, amazing view. Ana gave us many restaurant addresses and some are worth a visit, including El Novillo Precoz, next door. We recommend this apartment for a stay in Gran Canaria.

We had a super good stay at Ana's apartment of 11 days. It is nicely located on the water with two lovely balconies . Clean and tidy . Everything appears newly renovated and in the kitchen there is everything you need. Lovely bed. We can definitely recommend it!

This might have been the best Airbnb experience ever. Ana was quick to respond with helpful information. The best part? The apartment! It was perfect! You literally have two private balconies overlooking the ocean. Nothing is in front of you. You are on the boardwalk, but on the 7th floor so it's quiet. The sound of the waves puts you to sleep at night. She also gave us snorkeling great which was amazing! We swam with tropical fish! This was an amazing spot and we will definitely be returning to this space.

Simply great!! The apartment is bright, it was clean, very comfortable and well equipped so that nothing is missing.. Located in one of the best areas of Las Canteras beach and direct to the sea!! Ana is very attentive.. she worried that we felt like we were at home and we would not lack anything!! We will definitely be back!!!

Ana’s apartment is so charming and well equipped you won’t believe it. Bright, modern, located at the heart of Las Palmeras and with stunning views to the beach. We had a wonderful stay at Anas apartment. The best were the two balconies directly on the sea, which were not visible to everyone. The decor was really pleasant and everything you need was there. I especially liked that it was not as extremely touristy as in some places on the island - the "real" life played out around the house. Ana is a great hostess and very helpful. All in all, it was great and is definitely highly recommended.

We truly enjoyed the chance to stay at Ana's lovely apartment. Although we had bad luck with the weather, Ana made it easy for us to feel comfortable like home. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need and decorated with much love to the details. The view from the two balconies is super awesome and you can listen to the pure sound of the waves. Last but not least, Ana is an awesome host, helpful, attentive, with valuable tips and insights about the island!

Best apartment we've had with airbnb. Great location, nice views on the ocean and the beach from 2 terraces. Flat has been recently renovated with a lot of love for details and the space is very well used. Ana and Jose are adorable. Highly recommended

The location is perfect, sea view from every part of the apartment, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Very well-kept and clean apartment, you can see the attention to detail from the host. Standing on the bed, it is possible to relax by seeing the sea and listening to the noise of the waves. Ana and Jose are two wonderful people, two very positive people, with whom a unique empathy immediately established. From the initial welcome to the final farewell, I didn't have two hosts but two friends who left me a wonderful memory. Thank you for everything. Ana and Jose are coming soon.

Ana knows how to receive and she likes it. It appears in the environment which is super clean, the hospitality she gave us, the advices for restaurants, stc. It was the best experience with airbnb I ever had. I strongly suggest to go with her! And the view, just perfect!

The pretty little apartment with the most beautiful view of Las Canteras and the sea was the best I've ever experienced with airb&b. Ana is a very gracious and helpful host and will be available any time. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable and furnished with taste. In addition to towels, there are also snorkeling equipment to rent, right outside the door there are many colorful fish to discover! You can even see the sea from the bed and only hear waves at night, nothing else. On the larger balcony you can sit and relax, eat and enjoy the view. Right in front of the apartment is the promenade with many pretty cafes, restaurants and also the supermarket around the corner. Ana will surely give you tips! Thank you for this great experience, I will be happy to come back!

Ana's place is really great - minimalist in the style, with little details creating an ambience, super well located, with a beautiful view from both balconies. The flat is in a very good condition, super clean and organized with caring for details. Just one of these places you enter and love to be from the first moment. We absolutely ignored the location - I was not aware that it is sitting directly on the busy beach. Still, it is very easy to sleep in the flat, only thing you hear is the ocean. Street has no cars, and strangely the nightlife of the street does not make it inside the flat. The building is also very well design - you do not see nor hear neighbours. Very surprising. I was also very happy with contact with Ana and Jose: they are very friendly and kind people. They helped us with providing tips and other valuable information. Highly recommended! Thank you Ana, I hope I will be able to return one day!

The apartment is just amazing! Lovely interior design matches the incredible architecture of the building that is located right next to the Las Canteras beach. Ana, the host, was very friendly and charming. She showed us around the apartment, gave us tips for visits, and even helped us to arrange a trip to the airport early in the morning. I definitely recommend this apartment and I hope to return there some day.

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. The entire apartment was modern and incredibly well kept and had abundant natural light throughout. We left the doors open to the two balconies overlooking the beach/ocean throughout the duration of our stay so we could always hear the waves. The location couldn't be better as it is directly overlooking Las Cantaras Beach with plenty of great bars and restaurants within blocks. Ana, the hostess, was incredibly responsive and was always available if we were to run into any issues. She provided us with some unique Canarian treats as well as snorkel gear to check out the amazing fish and beautiful underwater scenery in the beach just outside the apartment buildings's front door. You would be hard pressed to find a better place to stay in Las Palmas.
