The apartment is very well located and very well equipped, the addition of a microwave would be a plus. We feel good there immediately. It's very cozy. We recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Living in Las Canteras was lovely! The sweet little apartment is well equipped for all occasions. From a change of sheets and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, to beach chairs as well as a sun umbrella, everything you need is there! The Las Canteras Team was very communicative and happy to help with anything necessary. So don’t hesitate to let them know in case of any issues or questions. I would recommend the transfer service if you are coming from the airport as it is simple and reliable. Also consider bringing an extra set of keys at all times in case of any issues with the buzzer.

The apartment is tastefully decorated. It is located directly on the Las Canteras beach promenade with fantastic views of the sea with sea sounds and fresh breeze! The apartment is equipped with everything necessary. However, this time, some personal details I knew from previous stays in the apartment were missing, such as Fruit bowl, basket with magazines, small Carpet, sofa blanket (especially in the evening), dishwashing brush, clean towels for showering. Nevertheless, you have everything you need on vacation. The location of the apartment is awesome, especially the balconies! The virtual communication with Living Canteras went well and was perfectly fine.

Thank you! - When you arrive at the property, it is MANDATORY that you do the CHECK IN ONLINE, as in any tourist accommodation in Spain. We will give you the precise instructions by email 1 day before your arrival. - At LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES we attach great importance to the good coexistence of our guests with the other NEIGHBOURS of the building. We appreciate that you are kind and respectful to them. - The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at all times is 2 people, child included. - Only children 6 YEARS OLD OR OLDER are accepted, due to the danger that the 2 terraces of the property entail for children under that age. - SMOKING is allowed ONLY ON THE TERRACES. - PARTIES AND NOISES that may disturb neighbours are prohibited from 10pm to 8am. - PETS are not allowed. - It is not allowed to hang clothes on balconies or windows facing the street. - LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES does not provide the service of changing dirty sheets and towels in the accommodations However, in all of them you will find a spare set of sheets + a spare set of towels per guest. The flats also have a washing machine. - Access to the property is not allowed while being wet or impregnated with sand from the beach.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
