The space
★ On its TERRACE, enjoy direct sunlight every afternoon. If it bothers you, just open the huge electric awning that covers its entire surface. Curl up on the fantastic rattan couch, lie in one of their fluffy sun loungers to read your favourite book or practice YOGA with the mat that you will find at your disposal. Privacy is assured.★ Open plan kitchen, dining and living space, heading to the terrace thanks to huge sliding windows that allow NATURAL LIGHT to enter ALL HOURS OF THE DAY.
★ As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, the KITCHEN is thoughtfully equipped to make cooking and dining at home as comfortable as possible.
★ This flat is equipped with an OVEN, DISHWASHER, WASCHING MACHINE, Smart TV with free access to Amazon Prime (no access to German TV channels) and a set of beach deckchairs and beach umbrella, among many other amenities.
★ The MASTER BEDROOM is furnished with a 150 cm bed and a television hanging on the wall. It also has its own bathroom and an AIR CONDITIONER split. The second bedroom has two single 80 cm beds that can be easily pushed together. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes with plenty of storage space.

★ It is a very lively neighbourhood during the day, with lots of LAPTOP-FRIENDLY cafes and several coworking spaces, if you want to meet other digital nomads.
★ The flat is located on the top floor of a 7-storey building, IN A QUIET PEDESTRIAN STREET. This street is 85 metres from the promenade, but it is not on the seafront (the terrace has a partial view of the sea, given its height). It is ideal for up to four-person families, two couples or a group of up to 4 friends.
★ At the building entrance, there is a ramp to the lift (next to 5 steps), suitable for luggage and people. The apartment can be accessed without climbing any steps. The lift is small.
★ The maximum capacity of the accommodation is 4 people, children and babies included.
★ For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 3 hours (39 EUR final price), which is paid directly to the cleaner, in order to allow us to properly maintain the facilities. It is for the benefit of all guests, the present and future ones!

Normal conversation = 40–50 dB. Slamming doors, dragging furniture = 70 dB. From these levels, you should subtract what is absorbed by walls, ceilings and windows.
• Without our prior authorisation, access is not permitted to PERSONS WHO ARE NOT LISTED IN THE BOOKING.
• SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN throughout the property and in all communal areas of the building.
• We accept no responsibility for noise caused by NEIGHBOURS’ BUILDING WORKS that have not been notified to us.
• PETS are not allowed.
• Access to the building is not permitted WHEN WET OR WITH SAND from the beach.
• It is not permitted to HANG CLOTHES on balconies or windows where they are visible from the street.
• We do not provide a LINEN AND TOWEL CHANGE SERVICE. However, you will find spare sheets and towels in the apartment. The accommodation has a washing machine, and we provide detergent for your use.

Cleaning and disinfection procedures of our accommodations have been formulated to protect the health of our cleaning crew and our guests.
Our cleaning crew:

→ wipes down light switches, lamps, cupboard and window handles, doorknobs, banisters, remotes, all appliances, electronics and provided amenities.
→ carefully washes all dishes and flatware, including the clean ones, with hot water.
→ deeply sanitises potentially contaminated sites (bathroom toilet, sink, trash bin, etc.).
→ machine-washes all available linens at high temperature, including the clean ones.
→ cleans the cleaning products (soap, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, etc.).
→ sterilises the two set of keys and/or the smart lock and the keypad.
→ double-checks their To-Do list before leaving.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is just a short walk from the beach, and the terrace has a lovely sea view. Inside, everything was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — clearly very well maintained. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout our stay. We really appreciated the effort to accommodate an early check-in and late check-out. Overall, we’re very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend this place!

Staying at Las Canteras Homes was a very positive experience in all respects . The apartment was roomy and light and exceptionally well equipped . The balcony is so spacious with just the right amount of furniture and the sea view as shown in the photographs . The location is ideal very quiet and the beach is just around the corner There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants very close as well The instructions given by Juan were clear and easy to follow including arranging the taxis to and from the airport . Juan responded to any query extremely quickly and without question. Overall it would be difficult to find anything negative to say about our stay thank you Juan and your team for everything . David

Beautiful, well-equipped apartment near the beach and the center. Parking the rental car in the area is impossible, so renting a parking space at Parking Padre Cueto is unavoidable (we paid €5.80/day for a rental period of 10 days incl. LivingLasCanteras discount, the parking garage is opposite the apartment). Las Palmas is really a lively city, we had an entertaining holiday. From our point of view, therefore, a clear recommendation.

We stayed in the apartment for 6 weeks to work remotely and it was perfect! The apartment is very spacious (even more so than it looks in the photos), the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, the living/dining area is very comfortable and the huge balcony was private and great for working/enjoying the sun. The WiFi is great (although it does drop down in strength towards the bedrooms at the back of the apartment so we found working in the dining area was best) and the screen set up is really handy.
