Perfect place to enjoy the sun, sea and good food. The studio is very complete, we didn't miss anything. Within walking distance, across the boulevard, is a nice shopping center. We really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it. Communication with the team is also very good, full explanation (with photo and videos) about how everything works and where to find everything.

It's a small but charming little corner. It is not missing the slightest detail and is very well equipped. The owners are attentive and super pending. The area is very quiet, even at night. A very pleasant experience in every respect. So much, I'll repeat shortly :-)

Due to my work schedule I had to extend my stay in Las Palmas. Needless to say, I opted to extend my stay in this apartment. It suited my needs to the letter, the host was always available and willing to help me out. The views of the ocean and my morning coffee on that beautiful balcony are now treasured memories. A place I'll revisit and stay in.

A great place top live, I stayed over for over a month. The unobstructed views of the ocean are spectacular. The owners have thought of everything that is need, once you live there, you notice all the little hidden details for which they have catered for. Ill definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

We will give you the precise instructions by email 1 day before your arrival. - At LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES we attach great importance to the good coexistence of our guests with the other NEIGHBOURS of the building. We appreciate that you are kind and respectful to them. - The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at all times is 2 people. - SMOKING is FORBIDDEN in the flat. You can smoke on the terrace, but being extremely careful! - PARTIES AND NOISES that may disturb neighbours are prohibited from 10pm to 8am. - PETS are not allowed. - It is not allowed to hang clothes on balconies or windows facing the street. - LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES does not provide the service of changing dirty sheets and towels in the accommodations. However, in all of them you will find a spare set of sheets + a spare set of towels per guest. The flats also have a washing machine. - Access to the property is not allowed while being wet or impregnated with sand from the beach.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
