★ In the BATHROOM, the LARGE SHOWER, with gel and shampoo dispensers and very good water pressure, delights anyone. The washing machine is in the bathroom.
★ Northwest facing terrace with an incredible view of Playa Chica, a very quiet and beautiful area of Playa de Las Canteras. To the east, the terrace is attached to a taller building that blocks views of the beach in that direction.
★ Remember that in the accommodation there are 2 complete sets of bath towels per guest. In addition, you will find a hair dryer in one of the drawers of the bathroom vanity. Save space in your suitcase!

★ It is a very lively neighbourhood during the day, but it is VERY QUIET AT NIGHT. There are LAPTOP-FRIENDLY cafeterias and several COWORKING SPACES nearby, where you can meet other digital nomads.
★ This accommodation is located on the 7th floor of a 7-story building. On the ground floor there is a flight of 7 steps to reach the lift, which brings you up to the 6th floor. You will have to walk up two more flights of stairs, a total of 17 steps, to reach the flat.
★ The flat is IDEAL FOR SHORT AND MEDIUM STAYS, couples, holiday travellers or remote workers.
★ For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 2 hours (26 EUR final price), which is paid directly to the cleaner, in order to allow us to properly maintain the facilities. It is for the benefit of all guests, the present and future ones!

For the sustainability of holiday rentals in residential buildings, we kindly ask for your full cooperation in adhering to the following rules:
• The regulations of Las Palmas City Council state that noise perceived by a neighbour BETWEEN 10 p.m. AND 8 a.m. must not exceed 25 dB IN BEDROOMS and 30 dB IN OTHER ROOMS. Normal conversation = 40–50 dB. Slamming doors, dragging furniture = 70 dB. From these levels, you should subtract what is absorbed by walls, ceilings and windows.
• Without our prior authorisation, access is not permitted to PERSONS WHO ARE NOT LISTED IN THE BOOKING.
• SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN throughout the property and in all communal areas of the building.
• We accept no responsibility for noise caused by NEIGHBOURS’ BUILDING WORKS that have not been notified to us.
• PETS are not allowed.
• Access to the building is not permitted WHEN WET OR WITH SAND from the beach.
• It is not permitted to HANG CLOTHES on balconies or windows where they are visible from the street.
• We do not provide a LINEN AND TOWEL CHANGE SERVICE. However, you will find spare sheets and towels in the apartment. The accommodation has a washing machine, and we provide detergent for your use.

Cleaning and disinfection procedures of our accommodations have been formulated to protect the health of our cleaning crew and our guests.
Our cleaning crew:
→ only uses approved disinfectants.
→ wipes down light switches, lamps, cupboard and window handles, doorknobs, banisters, remotes, all appliances, electronics and provided amenities.
→ carefully washes all dishes and flatware, including the clean ones, with hot water.
→ deeply sanitises potentially contaminated sites (bathroom toilet, sink, trash bin, etc.).
→ machine-washes all available linens at high temperature, including the clean ones.
→ cleans the cleaning products (soap, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, etc.).
→ sterilises the two set of keys and/or the smart lock and the keypad.
→ double-checks their To-Do list before leaving.

We had a great time at this apartment. It had a very nice view to the ocean, in a really nice place near the beach close to restaurants and caffeterias. The studio was clean, and we had everything we needed. The bad was really comfortable. i am sure we will come back! Thank you for everything.

Highly recommended and I’d definitely stay again. Spent a week here solo while working remotely. The location is unbeatable, and the balcony with its view is a perfect way to start the day. The space is compact but well laid out, with plenty of sun on the balcony. Juan and the hosts were very responsive, and organised travel to Agaete to the ferry. There was some daytime noise from nearby renovations, and within the building in an adjacent property, but nothing outside normal hours and would suggest likely to ease up soon. If you dance, free socials are outside 10 minutes walk from the flat on multiple nights, easily found on google!
