Really a lovely apartment with fantastic views and the soothing sound of the sea around you. Communication went smoothly and clearly. Bed is lovely, sunbeds and furniture outside are of good quality. We enjoyed staying here!

We loved staying here! The view from the patio is beautiful - sunrise & sunset! The studio had everything required for our stay. It’s centrally located on the paseo, close to supermercados, bars, restaurants, gym, bachata/salsa escuela, etc. The LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES hosts were friendly, responded quickly and helpful.

Great location with fabulous views and lovely balcony. Juan was very approachable and responded to any questions quickly. We requested a late departure and this again was no problem. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the accommodation.

What a wonderful stay. Sea views, nice eateries and supermarket around the corner, lovely balcony and a clean place to stay. Only the car parking on the street was not easy. But for 15 euros per day, you'll be fine in a parking lot.

What a very very place! The apartment is exactly as the photos show. From beginning to end, everything was well arranged by Juan, including the shuttle from the AirPort. Had a very nice stay and enjoyed the view from the balcony! It is really recommended and I would definitely like to come back to this place

The visit was very wonderful and the conditions for a successful vacation were excellent. The communication was smooth and I got answers to all my questions in a quick schedule. The accommodation was of high quality and clean. A spectacular balcony and an excellent location ensured a relaxing holiday. One of us also got to do ergonomic remote work, while the other relaxed.

This was the perfect place to stay to explore Gran Canaria. It's well equipped with a beautiful view overlooking the beach. Juan is a professional host. He has thought of every little detail before you even arrive. He contacted us well before our arrival and provided clear instructions on how to check-in, as well as a guide of sites, restaurants, activities and practical information. He was honest and accommodating when an unforeseen issue developed prior to our stay, and made sure we could store our bags prior to and after checkout. The entire experience was smooth. stress-free and made it that much easier to enjoy our time in gra Canaria.

Nice place in a great location. it was clean and had an amazing balcony above the boardwalk looking over the ocean where we enjoyed wine after long days of activities. Be sure to walk up the boardwalk as well since we also missed a few things like great gelato by only heading down the boardwalk. The host provided lots of communication and even went out of their way to get us a brand new fan because we were very hot due to unseasonably warm temperatures and the Camilla. In July the weather isn’t the best and we didn’t get to see 1 good sunset due to the Camilla (sand winds from Africa) so you may want to choose another time to visit Gran Canaria. Also if you are a larger person you would have a tough time sitting on the toilet which is between the wall and the sink.

100% recommended. Clean modern apartment, cozy and fully equipped. Unbeatable location, close to restaurants/bars/bars...but still quiet and peaceful and peaceful. Large private deck/solarium with unbeatable beach views. The hosts (Pepe and Juan) are friendly and willing to help in any way. Come back!

Second time here and everything was perfect as last time. Nice apartment in very good location and all the services just around corner; Spar express, Irish Rover (nice Irish bar), La Bikina restaurant and many other good places. Owner Juan is very helpfull and friendly and also Pepe was very nice as he was welcoming as we arrived at airport and took they good Shuttle service to apartment (and back).

Hone away from home. Clean, neat and tidy. We got everything we needed for our stay. Juan was always ready and willing to respond to our queries promptly. He even helped us get a tour guide and taxis when we needed to move around. Juan is kind easy to communicate with and very friendly. I will choose to stay here any time I am in Canary Islands!

What you see is what you get! It is a beautiful apartment with, due to the large sliding doors, lots of light. A very spacious terrace where it is good to be. Not only do you have a beautiful view over the boulevard and beach, but because of the many glass all around without railing, you also have the idea of being part of the environment. Juans is great host. Punctual, always approachable, and someone responding directly. We have enjoyed our two weeks in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

Located on Las Canteras beach the flat is well positioned with a lot of good restaurants around. I stayed a week and it was easy living. The balcony is a wonderful addition where if you dont want to go to the beach you can read and listen to music. You also have a sun screen to protect from the sun. Overall very nice

Very functional small apartment, close to many restaurants, bars etc. Exceptional welcome and kindness from Juan. He answers any questions in no time. Very comfortable sun loungers on the terrace with an electric canopy. We only rented a car for two days because of problematic parking. Successful overall experience. Juan's private taxi transport to the airport was much appreciated.

Cosy 3rd floor studio (with lift) and good size balcony providing great views over the ocean and Contreras beach below. Spar and Super Dino nearby. The apartment was modern, well furnished and very clean. Juan was very helpful and arranged transport from the airport. Good value at 35 euro.

Great place to stay and host. Everything you need is really there, and in other listings, it often has to be tedious to buy on the first day and then leave it behind. The images and description represent reality and are not beautiful. Super clean apartment without any deficiency. We loved it.

Don't hesitate to book here. Everything about this place is fantastic; from the friendly host and helpful tips to the cleanliness and extras in the unit. But the best is the location and outdoor space. You're in the middle of the beach and have a large terrace, but also a good amount of privacy. Who wouldn't want to fall asleep and wake up with the ocean - and those sunsets!

Juan was an AMAZING host! He was always responsive, answered all messages within the same day, even within the same hour. He arranged our transportation to his place and welcomed us at home, spent his time to give us some great tips about the neighbourhood. He even sent us a map depicting the activities one can do in Las Palmas and shared his suggestions for food in a list! No need to say anything about the place. Has a great view of beach and you can enjoy the view in your private balcony, there are two sun beds and two chairs with a table. Apartment was super clean and has everything you need in the kitchen. It was a great stay for us, gracias Juan! :)

The apartment is perfect: is has a beautiful view on the sea, a huge terrace, is very clean and located in the center of las canteras. Juan is very kind and helpful. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do on the island. We could also use his chairs, parasol and snorkels for the beach. We would definitely book this apartment again!

Juan is a superb host and the apartment is wonderful. From the moment we booked, Juan was in contact with useful suggestions and was really friendly and kind during our stay. He communicated really quickly always and was there to meet us when we arrived. Juan shared his local knowledge of interesting places to visit, things to do, good places to eat etc..and was really helpful. The apartment is as nice as shown in the pictures. It is spotless, really well designed and in a great location. The balcony is so comfortable and view is second to none. It is surrounded by places to eat or have a coffee or ice cream. The promenade is directly outside and the beach is lovely with clean water and lots of fish if you snorkel. It is really lively around the area but is not noisy at night . All you can hear is the sound of the sea . The supermarket is 2-3 mins away on foot and public transport is in easy walking distance too. We had a fantastic holiday and we hope to return.

We enjoyed a few relaxing days in this beautiful and centrally located studio. The view from the terrace is magnificent... The studio is just off the beach promenade. It has countless restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity. The famous surf spot is a 10-minute walk away. The beautiful old town is about 45 minutes away by foot, there are also buses or taxis (about 6-7 euros). The landlord Juan welcomed us very warmly and gave us many tips, organized and uncomplicated. We enjoyed the stay very much and certainly were not the last time in Las Palmas.

We had a wonderful weeks stay here .Juan is a great host with excellent communication before and during our stay. He and his family are very friendly and helpful and genuinely want you to have an enjoyable holiday in Las Palmas. The suite is a great base for two -very clean and well furnished with a lovely large balcony where we spent most of out time and it has 2 very comfortable sunbeds ! At this time of the year it has sun from lunchtime onwards. The studio is so centrally situated with beautiful sea views and is surrounded by lots of cafes and restaurants and close to great public transport links to all areas of the city. We highly recommend you book -you won't be disappointed.

Juan's apartment is in the best location directly on the beach with a beautiful terrace, so you can always hear the sea noise. The terrace is also great for sunbathing, let alone for a nice breakfast. We had a very nice time and would love to come back.

Juan was an amazing host! Prompt, always on time and really welcoming. Juan pointed out so many local destinations, all of which being as good as he said they would be! Juans local knowledge and expertise pretty much made our trip. Don't know what we'd have done without him! Location was excellent and the apartment presented superbly. Incredibly clean inside with everything we needed and more. I honestly could not of asked for anything more!

We had a wonderfull stay at this appartment. Everything is just like pictures on the add. Seafront view en terrace to have breakfast, lunch, dinner. Everything is available in the appartment, and many shops/supermarkets closeby. Juan is the perfect host, living really close and assisting immediately in whatever you might require. We highly recommend this appartment !!

We loved absolutely everything about our trip. The island is beautiful, the appartment is great and Juan is the nicest host ever. The appartment could not be located better. It's in the center of Las Canteras and the view over the sea is amazing. It's also near the buses, so it's easy to visit the island. Juan was always available if we had questions and gave us advices so we can enjoy our trip even more. I will definitively go back in this appartment if I have the chance to come back in Las Palmas someday.

From start to finish we spent 3 days here before heading south of the island. Juan was perfect at greeting and explaining best places to eat and visit Studio apartment with lovely view to the sea with chairs and beds. Close to the centre and this apartment has a lift as well to the 3rd floor so that is also beneficial All clean and great communication. Thanks Juan

Fantastic. Location could not be better, right on the best part of the best beach in Las Palmas. Patio to sit outside and watch the sunset or go outside and find all kinds of bars, cafes, restaurants. Juan is an amazing host and so knowledgeable about the island and the area - he was a huge help to us in planning out time there and all his recommendations were excellent.

The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos with the best view of Canteras Beach. Restaurants and bus links easily accessible. Bathroom was actually more updated than pictures and there is also an awning on the balcony. Very easy to find as the apartment is right on the promenade. Also very clean and tidy, felt modern. Host was excellent helped point out top restaurants and late checkout. Made the whole process easy and was happy to help. Excellent stay.

Juan was such a nice host, he told us all the nice places to eat and took time to go through the map with us and give us some advice on where to go and what to see. Such a nice guy. The apartment is in a fantastic location right along the sea front with a large balcony with a view that is second to none. The apartment itself is a good size, it's clean, cosy and comfortable with a large balcony with sun loungers and a table and chairs. Juan is a great host, excellent communication before hand and very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this accommodation, its location is great for restaurants, shops, the beach and the view really is fantastic.

Lovely views of the sea and mountains in the slightly quieter part of the Las Canteras paseo. At the same time extremely close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Cozy apartment with great terrace directly to the beach. Only minus is that the bed is a bit narrow for 2 people. The host Juan is extremely helpful and accommodating. A really nice experience and a place you want to come back to.
