Lovely stay in Juan's apartment, with a perfect location and view. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, and had all the amenities listed, including everything we needed to cook/clean. The beach towels and umbrella were really useful for beach trips. We hired a car and utilised the car park just around the corner, which was cheap and secure, and we were able to get a further discount as we were staying in Living Las Canteras. Check in and check out was easy, and Juan kindly let us check out later in the afternoon for no extra charge, which was helpful as our flight was in the evening. Juan was responsive and a great host. Thanks for wonderful stay in Las Palmas, highly recommend :)

Great place just next to a wonderful beach. If you have a car, we recommand a parking which is just around the corner, but this is an additional cost. During our stay, the weather was definitely better on the south of the island, however still coming back home and having this magnificent view was a magical experience. Nearby, there are many great place for dinner. Definitely recommend.

I love this place! A wonderful view, well-equipped kitchen. The rooms are small but the view pays off, and it's very nice to stay there. We were very well served, always quickly to solve what we needed. I recommend it, and I hope to return soon.

Wonderful apartment with amazing views! Used it for a week to work remotely, having a desk with seaview is just phenomenal! The apartment is well equipped and well mantained. The furniture itself is a bit under worth of what you pay for, but the nice first row location and the good views are paying this out. Host very attentive and highly available. Early check in was easily manageable. Thank you!

Great apartment with an amazing view. Perfect if you looking for a good location in Gran Canaria, a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the beach from the comfort of your sofa? This place has it. Restaurants, shops, bars, quiet morning or evening walks... this location has everything you need. The host is very responsive and accommodating which made our stay even better. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Las Canteras. The apartment is wonderful. The views are incredible. It's so light and airy and you really do feel as if you are on the beach itself. You can never tire of sitting by the window with the breeze coming through and admiring the view. They automated the whole experience. You get proactive emails with instructions for checkin, a local guide, cleaning and checkout. The location is superb. The views breathtaking. It's on the 3rd floor. We had very windy days and even some rain during the late evening / night. The windows which were cleaned before checking got stains from the salty sea rain and winds,but you'll open them any days during the day so no harm. The TV is nice,kitchen works well and they have a Bialetti clone for Mocha. Unfortunately just the smallest one for one cup. Overall it's 5 from 5. The surroundins and the view make it one of the nicest apartments to rent on the whole island. Thank you for letting me be there and experience the Canteras Beach life

The apartment was perfect for both holidays and remote work. The wonderful view to the ocean gives the feeling of being on the beach even when working from the desk :) The location is perfect. We wanted a normal life in Las Palmas, a good gym, food stores, etc. We found it all! There is a wonderful grocery store just around the corner and big mall 10 min walk. The owner responded quickly to all our requests or reported problems. We were very pleased with the level of communication and cordiality. The apartment could use a slight refreshment, but the care of the owner and the view compensate everything. It's worth staying here for longer and soaking in the area!

Absolutely loved my stay in Las Canteras! Location was ideal as it's right on the beach with lots of shops/restaurants nearby. If you get a rainy day you can also pop down to the amazing aquarium which is only a 10 min walk away from the apartment. Whenever I had questions Juan was super quick to reply and was extremely accommodating. Would 100% recommend to stay here for anyone visiting Las Canteras!

Great and clean Apartment directly at the beach. Everything as described and everything is in walking distance. They also offer pick up service from the airport, cleaning services between your stay (both for some extra money). Accessing the Aparment and check-in is easy and super uncomplicated. We had a great stay here and would definitly recommend staying here!

We feel very luck to find availability in Living Las Canteras. Everything is as described in the description and you can find anything you would need for the holiday even beach seats and snorkels. We really enjoyed the location and view of the apartment being by the beach. Communication with Juan was very smooth and felt very comfortable. When i come again to Gran Canaria, i will not look for any other places. Highly recommended.

The apartment was excellent. Great location and the communication with the hosts was great. WiFi quality was very good, was able to work and take calls no problem. The only small issue we had with the apartment is that the area around the apartment can be quite loud and busy at the weekends which made it a bit difficult to sleep.

The stay for us has been perfect, the location of the apartment has been perfect. It is worth noting the attention paid by Juan at all times . Great flat on the 3rd floor with fabulous View on the beach and promenade. Very central, supermarket 20 meters away, good local Food restaurant down and coffee place below. Very Well equiped, cheap parking 50 meters away. And super host, very helpful and always available. We will be back !

Our stay at the place was amazing! 5 Star Experience. From our initial communication with Juan, to our check-out and beyond, Juan was an outstanding host. All his tips and recommendations on places or restaurants were right on the money! Juan arranged our pick-up at the airport and met us at the apartment upon our arrival to show us everything about it! The apartment is as nice or nicer than shown and the location is unbeatable in Las Palmas. It was sparkling clean, I travel for a living and I’ve seen 5 star hotels that were not as clean as Juan’s apartment, it is also fully equipped with just about everything you need for a comfortable stay. Without any doubt or hesitation, we will stay there again when we return to Las Palmas in Gran Canaria.

This place is very well located. Just a few steps to the beach, next to a little supermarket, clubs in 7min distance by walk and an incredible panoramic view. Apartment is just as good as it looks if not better. Spacious and fantastic utilities with a view to die for. The location is what you make of it, with bars and music round one corner and quiet tasteful restaurant round the other. Juan himself was faultless, offering everything from tips of the local area to organising your taxi. He is always just a phone call away and made the trip so easy for us.

This apartment is absolutely great! The location is excellent, right on the beach, with large glass windows providing an unobstructed view. The apartment has all the amenities needed. Juan was fantastic. Extremely responsive, and he also takes the time to provide a very extensive list of restaurants and places to visit on the Island, which we used extensively! The best Airbnb host I have ever interacted with in my many stays at Airbnb apartments around the world! We will not consider staying any place in Las Palmas! This is the perfect apartment in Las Palmas for a couple. Right on the beach with panorama windows. Juan is a very professional host and provided us with much information. The apartment has everything you need - even beach chairs and snorkeling equipment. We'll be back. :)

This was one of the best Airbnb places I stayed in. Juan is an excellent host (probably the best I met) and the apartment is not only beautiful (as you can see on the pictures), it has everything you could possibly need (including kitchen equipment and fast WiFi), very clean and well maintained. Juan was such a great host, super responsive and recommended some great restaurants. The place was perfect ... location, size, amenities, etc. Love the walk to ceiling windows and views of the beach. Such a convenient spot to everything. One day it was super hot so we asked for an electric fan and Juan came by in a few hours to give us one. The check in and out process was seamless. I would highly recommend this place and Juan.

Stay here! This place is great and the hospitality is top notch! The view from this cozy apartment is fantastic and the location is prime. The apartment is very well setup to have comfortable stay. They have everything from a washer dryer to beach chairs and an umbrella, and even masks and snorkels! If you’re looking to stay on the beach in Las Palmas look no further! Our host Juan was extremely friendly and helped us with many great recommendations for things to do on the island. He really made our stay smooth and seamless. I’d definitely come back!

A fantastically well-located apartment in the middle of the Las Canteras Beach, exactly as described and seen in the pictures. Despite the transited area, it is surprisingly quiet at night where you only hear the sound of the waves hitting the shore. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need for a perfect stay. Aside from this, Juan is one of the most diligent and attentive hosts I’ve encountered, responsive and professional to the core. I will most definitely stay at the apartment upon my return. Juan is such a great host and he made our stay really outstanding ! He provided literally EVERYTHING, from water, and beach towels to airport pick up and sand toys for our little one. The kitchen is so well equipped (water kettle, microwave, coffee machine, ..) The apartment is in such a perfect location directly at the beach, and the view is just stunning. Me and my family loved to stay there and I can recommend spending your vacation there wholeheartedly ! Thank you again Juan - just GREAT ! :)

The apartment is exactly as spacious and the view is as great as the provided photos demonstrate. We traveled with our 8 months old son and could make good use of the baby bed and a high chair which Juan deployed for us in the apartment. Regarding this matter, Juan was very helpful even before our arrival and offered all the details which parents could require to feel secure when facing an upcoming vacation with their baby child. Juan arranged a transport, which picked us up at the airport. When we arrived at the apartment, Juan's partner Quino already waited and welcomed us warmheartedly, even helped with the baggage. After forwarding the keys, he gave us final hints addressing the location and possible excursions. Summed up, checking in was as comfortable as one could wish for. Although we couldn't undertake that much due to the daily schedule of our baby, the apartment turned out to be the ideal location for a vacation with a baby stroller. Everything needed was conveniently close, like several grocery stores (literally a 3 minute walk door to door to the next one), a parking garage (even closer, inexpensive 35 € a week) and of course: the beach. So we took some nice hikes across the city during the first days. The beach is actually very nice, the city of Las Palmas is investing much into maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Of course you will find many tourists around, as there are hotels nearby. Still these kind of visitors are pleasantly differing from those folks you would encounter in the tourist packed center of Maspalomas in the south of the island. At Las Canteras, Spaniards and generally locals are clearly the majority and this will enable you to get in touch with country and people so much better. The apartment was ideal for two parents and a kid. You can use an elevator, floors are stone-tiled and therefore easy to clean. We had access to a fully equipped kitchen, including loads of cutlery (also a grater, coming in handy when preparing baby meals), all kinds of dishes and glasses. The ceran stove has two fields, the oven provides all common functions including bottom and top heat, hot air and grill. The fridge+freezer combination is huge and clean. The bathroom also was tidy, spacious and with sufficient ceiling lights and a big mirror. Initial soap, absolutely sufficient towels, dish soap were present, you also have access to a washing machine and a dish washer. All the windows can be covered with roller blinds, even the glass wall to the main bedroom so if you want it totally dark, you can have it. If you prefer light, the apartment also provides a rich amount of LED ceiling lights and lamps. Most of the time we didn't use any light, to enjoy the view down to the beach and wonderful dawn and dusk horizons. If the weather permits, you can even see Tenerife and the Teide. There is...

Juan is a very nice and friendly host. He recommended nice spots to us, helped us finding good deals (for renting a car or bike), fixed something in the flat immediately and was very courteous. He made us feel like friends and is a heartwarming Person. His heart is really at the right place. The flat was comfortable and right next to the beach, which made it easy for us to go Swimming within a Minute. It is sorrounded by nice places to eat and have Cocktails at night.
