LIVING LAS CANTERAS Team has put a lot of care and attention in the homes to make it a wonderful stay. I spent a week and had everything I could need to work remotely and also enjoy the beach. The location is great. The view from the room was awesome, the work station was really good. Fast internet, fully equipped kitchen. Absolutely recommended.

I had a fantastic time at the apartment hosted by Juan and his team from LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES. The location is excellent and the view of the ocean is simply breathtaking – perfect for being productive while working remotely and for truly relaxing. The apartment was exceptionally well equipped – from a sharp kitchen knife to a yoga mat, nothing was missing. A special highlight was the communication with Juan, who was quick to respond, helpful, and friendly, and genuinely cared about my well-being, making the entire stay completely smooth and hassle-free. I’d love to come back!

I had an incredible stay at this accommodation! It’s directly on the beach, with the promenade visible right outside the window – the view is absolutely stunning! The location couldn’t be better, offering easy access to the beach and numerous fantastic restaurants nearby. The property itself is beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere. It was also very easy to find, and the addition of a PC with a monitor was perfect for anyone needing to work or browse comfortably. This place is truly a gem, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a perfect beachside getaway!

Honestly such an amazing place. If it’s available I’d book it! The location is perfect for last canteras beach, as it’s dead center on the boardwalk and therefore everything is walkable. So many amazing restaurants and grocery stores in the area really make the location perfect. For me especially, it was the view and the fact that while it’s right in the middle of the action, it’s still peaceful and quiet at night. This place is just amazing - I stayed for a month and loved it. I also worked from here for a month and felt that had a great setup. Even the office chair was nicer than mine at home! Wifi was fast and reliable, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Definitely stay here if you can. Final thing - the best snorkeling in las canteras is right in front of this apartment, which is awesome.

The apartment is really great. But the location and view from the window is just amazing. There is almost everything you need, Including a desk with a monitor. One thing that was missing for me was AC (or blinds in windows). But, to be frank, that was only problem for about 2-3 hours in the evening when the sun shines directly through the windows. The temperature is perfect for the rest of the time. Overall I had an amazing time and can definitely recommend the place!

Must book if you are in Gran Canaria! Location is unbeatable being steps from the beach, restaurants and bars. Juan and Yurena are very responsive, kind, and thoughtful. They helped answer questions and even provided little things that made the stay amazing. I worked remotely taking video calls for a bit and the wifi is lightening fast with no issue. If you are a digital nomad this is the place for you. The views of the blue ocean and beach are amazing to wake up to. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Fantastic place directly on the beach. Well equipped and Juan and his team were very quick in answering questions. Also very apt for working remote (with a fantastic sea view), although might be a little small for two people working in parallel. All in all highly recommended!

what can I say about this beautiful apartment with a stunning view over Las Canteras? Out of this world. I had an amazing time in and at this apartment. Juan simply could not do enough to help me and there was a monitor made available to assist me in my work. also organised transfers to and from the airport. The view from the apartment is breathtaking and the apartment has everything you need for a fantastic break. I spent a glorious month and I really hope to return at some point in the future. As I said outstanding in every way, thank you Juan !!

Views are location are great. Host was very communicative. However, the building is older and in need of some updating, and loft itself is small. Furnishings are somewhat low grade. Had some issues with ants.

First of all the location is fantastic, the view is breathtaking. The communication with the host is perfect: Juan was there any day the of the week. The apartment is very well equipped, it has everything you’d need for your stay in this gorgeous place: both short and long term. Even the snorkeling masks! Another thing is that the apartment is very convenient for remote workers as you can probably see from the photos. Definitely recommended

Great apartment with a beautiful view in a well-connected location. The apartment is small but bright, fresh and well equipped. We stayed with our baby, and Juan and his team provided a cot and high chair, as well as some treats on arrival. Juan replied instantly to all our messages. Overall a great experience!

The place has a fantastic view on the sea and at night you can hear the waves. The window can easily stay open all night without it being too loud. Right outside the door there is the beach which is ideal for snorkeling. Las Palmas, unlike other areas, is usually a little cloudy. It is advisable to rent a vehicle and explore the lower part of the island. Highly recommend the place.

Living Las Canteras made our stay very easy. First and foremost, there is nothing more pleasant than coming home to the sound of the ocean, for this alone you should consider this place. Furthermore, the beds were considerably large by local standards, and the pull-out couch was delightfully and surprisingly comfortable to sleep on. Location is prime, catching a guagua from here is easy. The host was extremely communicative and responsive. 10/10 what you see is what you get.

Everything was perfect, especially the location of the house, with many possibilities for leisure nearby and beautiful sunsets. I travelled for work for a few weeks and the host was attentive and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended. I'll be back for sure.

We stayed for three weeks and felt very confortable in this apartment. We enjoyed the view on the ocean and appreciated having a large beach in front of the door for swimming. The apartment was clean and good located (shopping center and stores). In addition, in the apartment were some towels and chairs for the beach, umbrella for the sun and a set of beach rackets. The host was very helpful and kind at all time. We would fully recommend this apartment.

This is a fantastic place with stunning views and a great location right on the beach and close to many restaurants and supermarkets. Everything was cleverly refurbished, laid out and equipped. We found the apartment to be a little too tight for the three of us with baby stroller, baby cod etc., but it would be perfect for a couple. Pepe and Juan were very reliable and friendly hosts that were easy to communicate with. In fact, so easy we booked a bigger place of Juan right after our stay.

This is a stunning beach front property. Though small, it is perfect for 2 people. It is well laid out, perfectly clean, quiet and with a view that makes every day something special to wake up to. It is very centrally located and the fact that the beach is literally at your door step means that you can make the most of your time in the sun. Our hosts were informative,accommodating,friendly and even arranged a taxi for us to the airport at the end of our stay! They also had little touches such as snorkels and beach towels to add to our experience. 😊

Juan's place was amazing. The location cannot be beat and offers wonderful views of Las Canteras. It was nice to be able to wake up to the sound of the water in the morning. Above all, Juan's hospitality was among the best of my Airbnb experiences so far. We were greeted at the parking garage for our rental car, walked to the apartment, and were given tons of information about our stay.

A wonderful stay! The location couldn´t be better. The apartment is well equipped for cooking and washing clothes. Even beach gear was provided! The apartment is tranquil, though it is situated at the busy beach walk. The view over the bay is really unique and exceptional. I recommend you experience it yourself!

Juan was an incredibly attentive, nice and helpful host! He allowed us the most beautiful Airbnb stay so far and responded to all our requests or questions. He was available, gave us tips and even organized a transfer from the airport! We were super satisfied with the apartment. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beautiful beach promenade you can enjoy not only the sea and the sand, but also the variety of restaurants! We got many recommendations and tried as much as we could, every time it was a hit and we rolled home happy, satisfied and full! Thanks for the unforgettable stay! It was such a pleasure staying at Juan's loft for 4 nights! I really did not want to leave.... This loft is exceptional, something really really special.... A treasure, nothing around like this as I think.... We enjoyed our stay so much, had more than we needed and felt comfortable and kind of home very very fast... Juan was there for us from the first minute to the very last, answered immediately, always very helpful. What can I say more, I hope we have the opportunity some day, to come back and spend a few more nights in the loft. We really loved it so much!!! Thank you for the opportunity juan!!! The apartment is beachfront. Sleeping and waking up listening to the waves from the sea is priceless...the terrace has incredible views. It's not a big deal, but for a couple it's great, everything is clean and comfortable and functional. The bed is very comfortable and there is plenty space in the closets. Communication with Juan has been very fluid and at all times he has been taking care of us. I also highlight the kindness of Quino, who was the one who attended us upon our arrival. Hopefully we can be back soon!!

I had a wonderful stay ... waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the waves by itself makes it all worth it. The rest: the nice, clean flat, the view (same as the picture), the quick answers to questions, the ideas for bars and restaurants and places to rent and visit, etc. are just plain extra. Not only do I recommend it, but I will rent with Juan again if I come back to Gran Canarias.

The apartment has a great view that a few days well worth spending there. The sunsets are wonderful and sleeping with the sound of the unforgettable waves. The apartment is very comfortable and very well equipped. Amazing experience lived in this apartment! Juan helped us even before arriving to the island, attentive to our questions and advising us at all times. This little loft/studio is great! My sister and I stayed for four nights. Juan is a great host. He arranged our cab to the airport at 4 am for early departure and offered great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The loft has a perfect location on the boardwalk with amazing views. Snorkeling spot is right out front so easy to do every morning. Make sure to have coffee and pastries or bocadillo de tortilla at the Cafe Granier just steps from the loft. The place is well stocked and clean. No AC but you don't need it. Just open the windows for ocean breeze. Juan is readily available for anything you need and responsive to phone calls or texts during your stay. I would offer more than five stars review if I could. Can't rave enough about this place and Juan!

Juan was an absolutely amazing host. Fast response, communication before, during and after the stay. His apartment is in a great location, beautifully decorated and has some amazing sea views nothing can beat. La playa de las canteras is a sidewalk away. The place is perfect for those who like to sip on champagne and watch the sun go down from the apartment and also folks who prefer to get out every night, lots of restaurants and bars around. Ask Juan for a recommendation, he won't disappoint you, believe me!

It has been a fantastic experience to live in the apartment. Juan has been helpful and friendly, both via email and IRL. The apartment has a stunning view to the Atlantic ocean. From the window we could follow directly the high and low tides - for our son at 4 this was very special and entertaining. The beach is at your doorstep, and we have been there every day. Juan recommended a number of wonderful restaurants by the promenade and vegetarian restaurants in the city. We tried almost all the nice restaurants that he recommended, and it has been wonderful experiences of taste and atmosphere, both for me and my husband and our 4 years old son :-) We will certainly return to your apartment, dear Juan. Thanks for the hospitality :-)

Juan is very good host. He answered all our questions very quickly before our trip. He gave us advice not to rent a car, because parking is a nightmare and it is very expensive. And it was true! But we still have rented and had to pay for private parking 50 euros per week. Juan was very friendly, showed us around, gave some good names of places, where to eat and these were really good, tasty and prices were very okay! We were really enjoying the view from our apartment, it is amazing!!! =D Juan even has provided us with a baby chair, so we felt very comfortable and our daughter also enjoyed the ocean view. The only one thing you have to know - if you take a shower, so you have to remember that boiler with hot water is only 24 l and you have to do it quickly. ;) Apartment was very clear and a bed is also good, comfortable to sleep even with 1 year old infant. Juan, we really enjoyed our staying and we will come back! =D

The apartment was clean, modern and as described, ideally located near to shops and restaurants with a great view out into the sea. Host was incredibly helpful and made great suggestions of where to eat and drink. It's a very short taxi or bus ride to the old town with lots to see. We recommend tapas Thursdays. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great ocean view. Perfectly located in the first row to the beach promenade. It was not a balcony but windows to open. For february temperatur perfect. Pictures were very realistic. Free Wifi worked. Great restaurants bars cafes bakery and supermarkets are very close. Great equipment in the kitchen, what is nice if you want to prepare food on your self. A second pair of towels was usefull. The appartment looked new, nice and clean. We will defenitly book it again when we are in las palmas next time. The communicaton with juan was super.

Juan made our stay an incredible experience, he is attentive, worried, helped us in every minute, he solved all our doubts from the beginning. It's very cozy. The apartment is great, newly remodeled. It has all the necessary comforts, up to beach chairs. It's literally at the foot of the beach, they separate it a couple of meters. The location for us was perfect. On the waterfront of the beach, there are endless restaurants and cafes at reasonable prices. There's a lot of variety. The supermarket is also close. Thank you Juan again for helping us on our vacation and making it easier.

Juan was very helpful and available at all times, especially since our stay was over the holidays. He gave us a number of helpful local recommendations for food and events -- of which we enjoyed every one. The apartment was bright and clean and has a beautiful view of the ocean. We would definitely recommend staying here.
