The 2 ELECTRIC HEIGHT-ADJUSTABLE STANDING DESKS take care of your health: working standing up from time to time relaxes your back and prevents injuries. And when you're sitting, ERGONOMIC OFFICE CHAIRS with headrests and adjustable backrests protect you from inappropriate postures.★ The LIVING ROOM invites you to relax, with a comfortable three-seater sofa with a chaise longue and a 50'' Smart TV with access to Amazon Prime (we don't have access to German TV channels). Fancy watching a movie while curling up in your blanket? The double-glazed windows help you isolate the room from outside noise... Draw the curtains on the windows to create the proper ambience!
★ 150 x 200 cm bed in the MAIN BEDROOM. It has a very COMFORTABLE MATTRESS and pillows of different firmness. A two-section wardrobe and a three-drawer dresser offer the STORAGE SPACE you need. Despite not having windows, we have incorporated a state-of-the-art ceiling fan, with various intensity settings, and a dehumidifier, for greater and better air circulation.
★ A little bit of reading before bed? Night lamps offer WARM AND COSY LIGHTING.
★ In the SECOND BEDROOM there is a 135 cm bed with a comfortable mattress, ideal for 1 or 2 people.
★ As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, the KITCHEN is thoughtfully equipped to make cooking and dining at home as comfortable as possible. Next to the kitchen you will find the DINING area, with a table for 4 people and a high chair, in case there is a baby at home!

★ Mobile coverage in the master bedroom and dining room is not good for some mobile phone providers. ★ For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 3 hours (39 EUR final price), which is paid directly to the cleaner, in order to allow us to properly maintain the facilities. • The regulations of Las Palmas City Council state that noise perceived by a neighbour BETWEEN 10 p.m. AND 8 a.m. must not exceed 25 dB IN BEDROOMS and 30 dB IN OTHER ROOMS. Normal conversation = 40–50 dB. Slamming doors, dragging furniture = 70 dB. From these levels, you should subtract what is absorbed by walls, ceilings and windows.
• Without our prior authorisation, access is not permitted to PERSONS WHO ARE NOT LISTED IN THE BOOKING.
• SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN throughout the property and in all communal areas of the building.
• We accept no responsibility for noise caused by NEIGHBOURS’ BUILDING WORKS that have not been notified to us.
• PETS are not allowed.
• Access to the building is not permitted WHEN WET OR WITH SAND from the beach.
• It is not permitted to HANG CLOTHES on balconies or windows where they are visible from the street.
• We do not provide a LINEN AND TOWEL CHANGE SERVICE. However, you will find spare sheets and towels in the apartment. The accommodation has a washing machine, and we provide detergent for your use.

Cleaning and disinfection procedures of our accommodations have been formulated to protect the health of our cleaning crew and our guests.
Our cleaning crew:
→ only uses approved disinfectants.
→ wipes down light switches, lamps, cupboard and window handles, doorknobs, banisters, remotes, all appliances, electronics and provided amenities.
→ carefully washes all dishes and flatware, including the clean ones, with hot water.
→ deeply sanitises potentially contaminated sites (bathroom toilet, sink, trash bin, etc.).
→ machine-washes all available linens at high temperature, including the clean ones.
→ cleans the cleaning products (soap, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, etc.).
→ sterilises the two set of keys and/or the smart lock and the keypad.
→ double-checks their To-Do list before leaving.

Excellent location for telework, beach, restaurants, grocery shops and walks by the sea. The Living Las Cantera Team was very nice and responsive, and had very well prepared instructions before the stay and before checkout. As advertised, the apartment is located just 2 minutes from the sea shore, and there is a nice seaside promenade, with restaurants and shops, as well as a sandy beach. The apartment is spacious and clean (although a bit dark), it has two regulated desks, two screens and a decent wifi connection (it was a bit weaker on some days, though). Well equipped kitchen, large (and quiet) fridge. Everything you need even for longer stays (we stayed there for almost 2 weeks). The free parking spot in a nearby indoor car park is an added value. Neighbours can be a bit loud at night. Overall a very good place for telework combined with holidays.

This place was absolutely perfect. Super clean, stylish, and comfortable with everything I needed. The location was quiet and convenient, and the host was friendly and helpful. The kitchen had all the essentials, which made cooking super easy. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept really well every night. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable, great for work. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again!
