The area is quite local and quiet, with all the amenities nearby and the beach 1 minute away. Despite being a bass it was quite quiet, no noise and no cockroaches or bugs. On some cloudy days it was very little light but the sunny days feel very different. Although the main room and kitchen do not have windows feel closed, the kitchen has a very cool skylight and the fan in the room works great for slightly warmer nights. We were able to remote work from the desks and with the wifi without a problem, only on time or if you moved to the wifi it cost a little more. We liked Juan's attention and the autonomous entrance, he made it very flexible with the schedule of the plane. We took the service we were offered to transfer to the airport, super recommended!

We appreciate that you are kind and respectful to them. - The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at all times is 4 people. - SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN in the entire property. - PARTIES AND NOISES that may disturb neighbours are prohibited from 10pm to 8am. - PETS are not allowed. - It is not allowed to hang clothes on balconies or windows facing the street. - LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES does not provide the service of changing dirty sheets and towels in the accommodations. However, in all of them you will find a spare set of sheets + a spare set of towels per guest. The flats also have a washing machine. - Access to the property is not allowed while being wet or impregnated with sand from the beach.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
