The space
This newly constructed space is designed for DIGITAL NOMADS and RELAXATION ENTHUSIASTS seeking the perfect getaway that seamlessly blends work and pleasure.
★ DREAMY BEDROOMS
The main bedroom, with its sloping ceiling and air conditioning, features a 180 x 200 cm bed and f4 built-in wardrobes of various sizes. Two large windows flood the room with natural light, while blackout blinds ensure your restful sleep.

The second bedroom, located on the lower level, is spacious and bright, with air conditioning and a 150 x 200 cm bed.

Both bedrooms include a workstation with a desk and chair, as well as their own bathroom.

Step into a world of comfort and productivity. Your bedroom-office features a desk, office chair, desk lamp, and a computer screen to connect to your laptop. It also includes a large-sized SOFA-BED (144 x 200 cm when open) and a built-in wardrobe, transforming it into a separate third bedroom.

For stays of more than 14 days, we require you to hire an additional cleaning service for at least 3 hours (39 EUR in total), which you will pay directly to the cleaner. This helps us keep everything in perfect condition for all our future guests. It's for the benefit of everyone!

The building where this accommodation is located is a residential property.
For the sustainability of holiday rentals in residential buildings, we kindly ask for your full cooperation in adhering to the following rules:

• The regulations of Las Palmas City Council state that noise perceived by a neighbour BETWEEN 10 p.m. AND 8 a.m. must not exceed 25 dB IN BEDROOMS and 30 dB IN OTHER ROOMS. Normal conversation = 40–50 dB. Slamming doors, dragging furniture = 70 dB. From these levels, you should subtract what is absorbed by walls, ceilings and windows.
• Without our prior authorisation, access is not permitted to PERSONS WHO ARE NOT LISTED IN THE BOOKING.
• SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN throughout the property and in all communal areas of the building.
• We accept no responsibility for noise caused by NEIGHBOURS’ BUILDING WORKS that have not been notified to us.
• PETS are not allowed.
• Access to the building is not permitted WHEN WET OR WITH SAND from the beach.
• It is not permitted to HANG CLOTHES on balconies or windows where they are visible from the street.
• We do not provide a LINEN AND TOWEL CHANGE SERVICE. However, you will find spare sheets and towels in the apartment. The accommodation has a washing machine, and we provide detergent for your use.

The flat has been decorated, furnished and cleaned so that you can enjoy it to its fullest. We kindly ask you to treat it with care and respect, so that future guests can enjoy it in the same way. Thank you very much!

★ NO RESERVATIONS FROM INTERMEDIARIES
To reserve any of our accommodations, it is an essential requirement that the NAME and CONTACT DETAILS in the reservation are those of one of the guests.

★ SANITATION & HIGYENE MEASURES
Cleaning and disinfection procedures of our accommodations have been formulated to protect the health of our cleaning crew and our guests.

Our cleaning crew:
→ only uses approved disinfectants.
→ wipes down light switches, lamps, cupboard and window handles, doorknobs, banisters, remotes, all appliances, electronics and provided amenities.
→ carefully washes all dishes and flatware, including the clean ones, with hot water.
→ deeply sanitises potentially contaminated sites (bathroom toilet, sink, trash bin, etc.).
→ machine-washes all available linens at high temperature, including the clean ones.
→ cleans the cleaning products (soap, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, etc.).
→ sterilises the two set of keys and/or the smart lock and the keypad.
→ double-checks their To-Do list before leaving.

We had a wonderful one week stay here, the Living Las Canteras team was extremely helpful, proactive and very responsive. The apartment is in a wonderful location that is close to the beach, restaurants, etc. The deck was an added bonus as well. We are planning another trip to Las Palmas for next spring and I hope we can stay with the Living Las Canteras team again.

Thank you for a great stay during your stay.Bright and spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Two nice terraces which were well equipped with furniture.The apartment has a great location right on the beach.Very good information and easy dialogue with the owner.

This is it, book it. I actually bought the plane tickets because I found the lodging. The penthouse did not disappoint. The 5th floor is only accessible by elevator with a special key and the door opens straight into the apartment. It really added to the secret-special-nest-in-the-sky vibe. Having a 2 floor deck with a view feels playful…like a posh treehouse with a beautiful view. What a great place to watch sunrise/sunset, fireworks, and stars. I even saw a shooting star. The apartment is spacious and well appointed. I had a very positive experience with my hosts. They made sure I was comfortable and happy as well as checking in on me. They were flexible and accommodating. Lastly, the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and perfectly located; a stone’s throw from the beach.

Beautiful two-story apartment true to the pictures. One bedroom is a bit larger/nicer than the other. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom and air conditioner. Ocean view from the rooftop terrace. Apartment opens onto lower terrace. Elevator goes directly into the apartment (the floor is only accessible with the keys; two sets of keys were provided). Spar supermarket located right around the corner and many restaurants are close by. Highly recommend.
