A lovely place on the relatively quiet beach of Canteras, where you can enjoy snorkeling. Anything you need is present in the apartment and more. Everything has been thought of. It was clean and you felt welcome. The response to messages is quick, extensive, friendly and thoughtful. This gives confidence. The only downside was the beds, which slept hard. I've passed this on and trust me to work on this. What you have to keep in mind about this place is that it is quite windy (end of March), so the current in the sea is strong and you have the best waves. Also, the temperature is slightly lower than the rest of the island. In my opinion, ideal if you want to do something and in terms of waves top for surfing. The beach is kept clean, in this area a lot of seaweed flushes. A top place to snorkel/dive. Due to the wind, it is never completely quiet, you can also hear (upstairs)neighbors, DIYers and on Saturday the disco/bar. I enjoyed it and found it a nice place!

We really enjoyed our stay with Living Las Canteras. It‘s a beautiful apartment that has everything for a short or longterm stay and is located right to the beach with a perfect view. Juan was really helpful as well and we‘d gladly come again!

We enjoyed the accommodation and the stay very much. The apartment is equipped with everything, very clean and has a top location right on the beach. Communication with the landlord was well organized from the beginning. He responded promptly to questions and took care of everything. We would come back anytime and can definitely recommend the apartment.

A great place to stay if you want to be on Las Canteras. Amazing views from the balcony, the apartment has everything you need, and the service from the hosts is always quick if you need anything from them. They make a great effort to ensure your stay is a pleasant one!

Everything worked out great, there were accurate instructions before check in. Everything was really clean and exactly as described online. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the promenade and the sea (and Teide). The best location. With pleasure again 😎

I had a very good experience with Living las Canteras and Juan . Very very kind and professional guy that came in my direction in all he could during my stay in my beautiful apartment beach front and ocean view,totally equipped,where I also found games for my 2 years old baby, a beautiful and comfortable baby bed and high chair and all I needed. They also organised me perfectly a transfer both ways for a very convenient price all with very kind collaborator (I found in both cars a baby safe seat) . They really though about everything during my stay . When I will be back in Gran Canaria,Island which I love,I would definitely contact them back again ! ☀️✨

Many thanks to all the team at Living Las Canteras to Juan, Pedro and Yaiza, what they did from the beginning of our stay was really comfortable. Their organization to get in and out and the procedures to be complied with for tourism are very nicely explained in a video on their website "Great" and everything that we have needed such as renting a car, or organizing the coming and going of the airplane- port has more than met. That's why we give you a PLUS 5 Stars. The apartment is nice, very nice functional, directly on the Walk of the Canteras. With everything you may need Hearing the coming and going of the waves from the terrace, its views and its sunsets. they're a movie, even someday you can see El Teide Guau. It's better if you describe it on your Airbnb website, I couldn't describe it. We can recommend it 100% Without more, we hope to stay with Living Las Canteras again. A Greeting Umberto and Micha

The apartment has a really good location, it's clean and has a really beautiful ocean wiew. Juan is really nice and give us good advices about his favourite restaurants and the places to visit on the island. He is really reactive and always present if you need anything during your stay. The location in the middle of Las Canteras beach and very near to to the city centre is superb. The apartment is very nicely furnished and well equipped, it was quiet and clean. Finally - and first of all - Juan as a host is fantastic. He replies quickly and he gives lots of enourmous tips for your holiday.

Great oceanfront apartment, the view from the balcony is amazing, clean, cozy, has everything you need, has a million cafes and restaurants nearby. Parking is not nearby and do not look for, it is better to put the garage immediately for the 7 euros per day. There are two supermarkets around 500m. Recommended for your stay!

Juan is a very friendly host. He welcomed us perfectly by taking time to give us advice on excursions in the island and good places to eat. He even booked us a taxi for our departure because our return flight was very early. The apartment is perfectly located with lots of nice restaurants and bars right at the foot of the building and you don't get tired of the view from the terrace on the sea.

Great everything. Nice apartment in front of the beach on the front line. Communication with Juan and Valentina was great at all times. Juan is a great host. He provided us with all useful information regarding the island. We had a slightly problem with the internet because of the internet provider and Juan was quick to respond and solve the problem for us. The apartment was clean. It is very comfortable for a couple with a great balcony looking at the ocean. There are plenty of restaurants around the apartment and a great bakery. We strongly recommend Juan's apartment for a holiday in Las Palmas. Thank you Juan!

Beautifully located and the pictures show you what you will get. Nice terace to sit and eat on. Lots of good restaurants nearby and Juan gives reliable guidance. Supermarket close by and a well equiped kitchen with all you need to cook. And Juan was quick to provide anything missing. Nothing at all to fault.

Top location and still no disturbance from traffic or restaurants. Very professional kitchen that lacks nothing we could ask for. A substitute for the landlord informed us of the location just perfect. We never met the landlord . This is not anybodies home but a professional business. And as such well conducted.

Getting there was a breeze. Direct bus from the airport to the bus interchange and a ten minute walk to the apartment. The place was exactly how it was depicted. Juan is a wonderful host and he gave many tips and information, not just on nearby places but around the island as well! Sea facing balcony, restaurants and cafés nearby plus 2 shopping malls are of walking distance. Enjoyed our stay without a hitch!

The apartment is really located right on the beach. It's great clean and bright. Juan is a very nice and helpful host. We had to check in in the middle of the night due to a late flight. No worries Juan. Absolutely recommended. But please arrive without a car...parking is rare. Bus connections from the apartment super and by foot, the War can be reached anyway.

The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect! It is located on the boardwalk by the las canteras beach and has an unobstructed terrace facing the beach. The apartment is exactly as expected from the pictures posted and I can highly recommend this apartment. Landlord Juan is a very nice, sociable and gentle guy. He gave a lot of great tips, including restaurants we should try. He also arranged taxi transportation to and from the airport which made it very easy for us. All in all, a great stay in las palmas.

Juan is an excellent host with amazing recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Unfortunately the north is fairly cloudy in June so we travelled south most days - easy to use public transport or hire a car (had a few issues with the cars, but only minor). Lovely apartment and really comfortable. Great trip overall!

Apartment as a second house. He lacks nothing. Comfortable, clean, spacious. Very cozy decoration. The views, excellent. It's just like the listing-you touch the beach and the sea. I also liked that the apartment is quiet. Walk and pedestrian street with a lot of atmosphere, restaurants, cafes, cafes, shops, shops, very nice to walk around. We had an excellent host. We deliberately chose the location - beach and urbanity. The apartment is nice and comfortable. Located in a residential building that hosts tourists and locals. In the lower business rooms of almost all houses in this area there are restaurants, and so it is not enough for kitchen odors to spread out in the hallway, but also via the ventilation shaft, for example in the bathroom. The host is very friendly,helpful, and caring. The apartment has everything you need for a short vacation.

Juan was a great host. He was very helpful when we arrived. There are dozens of restaurants in the neighbourhood mainly catering for tourists, but Juan recommended several restaurants that were also popular with the local population. We liked those very much, great food at a good price. He also recommended a car rental agency with quick and good service. The prime attraction of the apartment is its a terrace, sheltered from the wind, that looks out over the boulevard (lively but not noisy), the beach and the sea. We did not see the need to rent a car for the entire duration. You can get by with local buses in the city and also reach most destinations on the island by bus. A tip: every Sunday between 11 AM and 1 PM Canarian folk music and dance at the Pueblo Canario. Great fun, and free.

This flat is ideal for enjoying Las Palmas' unique combinatuon of city and seaside. It's quiet, you can get a good night's rest in the very comfortable bed, and the kitchen has everything you need to make simple and more complicated meals. The balcony is small but has good seating, table and chairs etc. Safe, clean studio, well-decorated and welcoming. Juan is an excellent host and a delightful person with plenty of tips on sightseeing etc. Highly recommended for 1 or 2 people who want a relaxing place to stay in Las Palmas!

Newly restored apartment in superb location (we were the first guests after restoration), stayed one week with our 2 years old son. House entrance is well guarded by house manager/caretaker during daytime, crowded promenade in front of the apartment during daytime, quiet in the evenings. Juan was a great host, he even brought beach toys for our son - and offered us airport pickup and delivery for a fair price. Will definitely use one of his apartments if we return to Las Palmas again.
